Best KBFKR Reviews

They are very good hair braiders. The salon has a very good vibe of sisterhood and professionalism. The prices are avg, $170 for long medium knotless. I had a personal braider, but I'd come here once when she was unavailable. I've stayed ever since.
This was my first time doing my hair here and I must say that THIS will be my place to go. The owner Amy is so nice and pleasant. The staff is friendly and respectful. Their location is very clean. I live in Long Island and I will it was and will be worth the gas and toll to come here. I got the Kinky Twist done and it took like two or so, I was shocked. I will have to make it my business to come here every 6 weeks. This is phenomenal. It has been years since I have had my hair done as I cut it all off, but I am trying to grow it back and will say that I was NOT disappointed. I recommend anyone that is looking for great, professional service to come to Aminata. They are close to the train and shopping area. Great location and I did I say clean. Yes, very clean. I wish them much continued success.
Ok if I can give them 0 stars I will. I went to get my hair done just braids with my own hair to wear my wig. The lady was just done eating lunch and her hand smelled of fish. I was extremely overcharged and the lady cannot braid properly. It was not neat or aligned properly and she braided so fade just to get over it. I’m never going back and do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.
Free business tip, within the last year I have witnessed your shop turn away people for styling due to the client not coming in at 9am. Respectfully, everyone does not have the same schedule. Would it perhaps help your business to schedule braiders for different shifts? To just turn away clients at 12 or 1pm is just RUDE, I can see if it were 3-5pm, the arrogance in which the braider spoke to two clients that came in and refused them service made my decision not to come back. Hair braiding shops have become so arrogant in price and behavior, tone it down. Regards.
I just came in just to ask how much would be the price for my hair since I brought it to the product. They told me the price and we set a date for it to get done. So fast and easy.
What I ask for vs what I got.
I ask before I sat down in the chair do you know how to do this style she said yes people get this style all the time. Look what the lady come
Put inna me head. She didn’t even try to do my damn braids or part neat. People paying they money why they dont take pride in what they do this lady bright and out of order fi a come rush my hair.
I came here to get mini Senegalese twists and they came out beautifully! The two women that worked on my hair were very kind and patient despite it being a long process and requiring meticulous work. I will certainly come here again!! I recommend!!
Best place ever to get your hair done. The braiders are knowledgeable in any style and they are fast.
