Very clean restrooms. Difficult to get gasoline as we were deferred to the camper/truck parking due to towing a camper.

Self pay or ez pass only. Very long line for self pay. I do not use the turnpike enough to purchase an ez pass. Employee outside helping a driver insert ticket for 1 car and left.

They need someone working there 24/7, since people struggle with the self pay machine all the time and don't leave a lane open for the EZ-Pass holders.

Holy Camoly! I'm so excited to say that If you have to go through any Toll Plaza in the world you have to visit the Amherst-Whiskyville Toll Plaza In Ohio! Great friendly IPASS speedy lanes with smooth pavement leading up to the narrow friendly gates of your choice. Be sure the gate is up before proceeding and watch in horror as your side view mirrors get ripped off from the yellow safety polls that serve no purpose, so be careful! No worries! You'll just be the laughing stock all the way to Toledo, as it makes the drive more entertaining! I would recommend visiting all year round to enjoy the great atmosphere. Choke up dry heave delight from diesel fumes spewing into your car vent as the the trucks accelerates in front of you. ????

No attendant, long line to pay, machine not working right obviously, wouldn't take my card, finally got it to take cash.

Nobody there too help you when the ticket machine goes down...ohio is the worst state ever

Very adept at taking tickets and tolls. Always kind people in the booths, always a quick shot through the gate.

The problem with automated machines and elimination of people you have a person that has no idea how to work the machine the lint gets to be about a mile long.
