Recently remodeled, the new owners were super attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious. This place offered a lot compared to similar places I’ve stayed at. We spent a lot of time by the pool and hot tub, which are away from the rooms so no noise filters over which was awesome. Pool closes at 11 but staff weren’t sticklers and let us hang out longer since we were respectful. Had to get up early and the complementary breakfast was lifesaver. Sausage & Egg on English muffins, yogurt, toast, waffle maker, cereal, blueberry muffins, tons of options. Also didn’t expect all the channels, like a full cable guide that places don’t usually have anymore. Mini fridge and microwave in the basic rooms is a pretty cool perk too.
We stayed here with a group of 30 people renting out many rooms and took over the hotel pretty much. They were extremely accommodating and had great customer service. I genuinely enjoyed the stay here, everything was clean and the pool was my favorite part. The staff was available all hours of the night and the free breakfast was very nice to wake up to. They checked on us every morning to see if we needed towels or anything cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in the area!
This place was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! Rooms were clean and appeared recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub were amazing! And the staff were all friendly, and some went above and beyond for our group to have a wonderful stay.
We enjoyed our stay here, despite being in the middle of construction, which the manager even called to talk to me about the day before we arrived, which was a huge positive in my opinion - he was going to move us to a quieter area of the hotel.
The room, even though it was not remodeled yet was great, we had a lot of room to move about and the view of the bluff was nice to wake up to.
We didn't do breakfast as we headed out to fish super early.
We did see the updated rooms, and Wow! They look amazing - super pretty!
What a hidden gem! Super clean and freshly remodeled. We had 14 rooms and the service was fantastic. All our needs were exceeded. Great hot tub and pool area. Quiet and easy to get in and out of to the freeway.
Bed was comfortable but carpet was old and nasty looking. Dirty washcloth was hanging between the folds in the shower curtain. Could hear the noisy guests in the hallway. Breakfast looked less than desirable! Parking lot was very dark. Not a lot of options for food in the area of the hotel.
We visited for a invitational HS girls soccer games at UW LaCrosse in April 2024. New Couch and furniture, new TV and fresh paint! Riva was a gracious host. Pool area was clean and pool was warm, hot tub hit the spot! Not a 5 star but very very nice for a smaller hotel.
We had a family get together here it was great 5 rooms newly redone clean very friendly staff pool for the kids plenty of breakfast reasonably priced. They are doing renovations but that did not get in the way of any of the guests I would highly recommend this location
