I’ve been going to this place for 3 years now for all of my cars. Richard does a great everytime. This time He fixed my Sprinter Van for a good price. Now my ac is blowing Ice cold for the winter! He also gave me 2 year warranty on it!! Thanks Richard will be recommending my friends/ family to you!!

I had an emergency situation where I had to have my battery replaced Friday evening, and they stayed open 45 minutes past closed while it was 30 degrees to ensure I was able to make it back to Houston. This is a very good man and a quality business!

2016 Audi A3

I am not the one to share my opinion publicly, but I was taken back by the poor service, repair and professionalism Richard and his shop provided. From the very beginning his shop made the mistake with starting the repairs when I simply asked for an estimate . I was forced to have them complete the repairs. Three month later after the repairs were complete the fan that was replaced by his shop began to turn on and off, without reason. I had a master mechanic at Audi dealership and Caliber Collision perform a diagnostic. The result was “negligent servicing and improper repairs” done by Richard and his shop. They failed to put the components back correctly with the radiator fan which in return caused water damage. Richard said he would have it repaired free of charge if it was related to the loss. I paid $300 out of pocket for a rental while I had the vehicle towed to his shop in Dallas , also I paid another $325 for a diagnostic, mind you I live in San Antonio TX. I then drive four hours to pick up my vehicle and Richard then tried charging both myself and my insurance USAA $900! All for the same repair and parts that were paid previously. This man is a conniving and money hungry individual. A MONTH LATER I’m still having problems with the fan!

Very professional customer service and quality work, very likely I would recommend this place’ the owner goes out his way to service your car needs. He also gave us a ride back to the house and pick us up, my husband it’s very happy with this place service.

Today is my second time taking my car to them to get something fixed. I was very impressed with their customer service during my first experience and my opinion hasn’t changed this time around.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! You’ve been warned ... The owner talks a good game and the mechanics are collision damage mechanics. They are con artist who take your money with a smile, but your car will have to go to another shop for repairs....
