For the prices, it is a great family spot. The food is what you would expect....quick diner food. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and they play old 50s songs. The atmosphere is very Chubby Checkers vibe with lots of throwback memorabilia. If you are looking for fine dining, this isn't it. But if you are looking for quick eats for a good value in a fun atmosphere, give them a try.
50’s diner with fast and amazing service! All the servers are top notch! They have an abundance of options and fantastic prices! Free coffee and OJ with complete breakfast. M-F they have 4 different $3.99 breakfast meals. I’m glad I stopped on a whim. It’s my new go to breakfast spot. They serve lunch and dinner as well. Turkey club and fries was fabulous!
The Restaurant is really nice! Everything looks retro 50s very well done! The music ???? is absolutely 50s love it! I had a vegetarian omelette it was good, coffee was good, no issues at all. Everything was fine. I will go back and eat there again. I was there a few years ago with my dad during thanksgiving and it was good as well.
Good home cooked food. Prices were awesome and the staff was kind and prompt. A must stop if you like a good meal and good company without breaking the bank.
I've sent back compliments to the kitchen. Wide variety on menu. Greek to Irish dishes. Some comfort food like open roast beef with mash and gravy. Family owned. Experienced wait staff. Aim to please. Great prices for home cooked meals. I'll keep coming back.
I recently visited this 50s diner and was impressed by the true diner feel that permeated throughout the restaurant. The service was prompt and courteous, and the prices were pretty reasonable. Although my wife's rice pudding was forgotten, the overall experience was still great. The food tasted delicious, and I especially enjoyed the burger topped with mozzarella cheese sticks - it was really good! I highly recommend this diner to anyone looking for a fun, nostalgic dining experience with great food and service.
It’s a DINER and that’s exactly what is. The food is the perfect comfort food, the ambience is a fun soda shop vibe, and our server was super friendly and nice. The price point was great for a Monday lunch.
The 50’s is our go to diner ! We love the owner and servers and family . They are so sweet and treat us like family . Been patrons as snowbird for 10 years now ! locals keep the business going while we’re in NY . Hate to leave all the great food . The lemon chicken soup my hubbys favorite! Thank you
