Great place friendly people and speedy service
I would not recomendable buying tires from American Tire. They do not check to make sure they are delivering the right amount when delivering to a dealership. When the dealership tried to reach them again they did not answer. I called three different times and got a different person each time and was told the delivery person had another delivery in Wendell. I know how far Wendell is from Clayton and it does not take a hour from Wendell to Clayton because I use to live in Wendell. The owner checked and was told he had two more stops before returning to Clayton. My appt. was at 9am this morning it is now 10:53am. The tire place told me they would return a call to me. Well it has been a shocker because they have not returned a call yet. Poor business ethic, therefore, I would not suggest buying tires from American Tire.
I manage a Tire Store and i call the American Tire Distributors in Norfolk, VA on a daily basis. The representative named Tiffany has the best customer service skills in the industry. I've talked to dozens of different people in person and on the phone; nobody takes care of business like her.
Great people! From employees too customers I've never had a negative reaction and they're timely with customers.
