If you have a Class C RV, this is the place for alignments. They did exactly what I asked of them. They set my caster on my e350 to positive 5.6 which makes a huge improvement on the steering at highway speeds. Jimmy front desk guy and the Alignment guy were great.
This Place was Wonderful , the employees were all really nice and were very knowledgeable . They did not try to put extra stuff on or nothing just helped me out and the service was Great and The Techs were Very Knowledgeable. Did a Wonderful job today on my alignment and helping me to understand what exactly was wrong and okay . Will be returning. I just came from Illinois and they were Very Warm and Welcoming
I am pleased with his shop. Had issues from another shop in Nashville, and American Tire was recommended by a mechanic. Glad I went, had my tires "Trued" up and rebalanced. Vibration is gone and my pickup rides as smooth as glass. Thanks Y'all ????
Was greeted at the door I Believe by the owner and a very friendly staff! Came in to get steer tires trued and an alignment. Thank you guys truck is smooth as glass and goes straight down the road!!! Didn't get his name but the technician that worked on my truck really knew his stuff and was extremely friendly!!
Called and said I needed to steer tires because of one is separating. I get there and they wouldn't do it because they said my cattle pot has cows in it and it would smell. Give me a break!
Cam in for a wheel ???? alignment and was treated like I was the most important person in the shop…Mr. Jimmy and Mr Kenny was really informative on the what the problem was and what needed to be done….I would recommend this tire shop to anyone
Best service in Murfreesboro. I just bought a new set of tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sales person (Phillip Westbrooks) could not have been more helpful. I had several questions via eMail and he responded immediately. He had to order the tires out of Nashville and were received the same day. I took my car in at 3:40PM and in LESS THAN an hour I was on my way. Thanks American tire and a special thanks to Phillip for his excellent customer service.
The. Nicest. People! I dealt with Mike and he was professional and friendly. The other guys at the counter smiled and greeted me as well. So very helpful!
