Came in to get my muffler fixed it was extremely loud, was taken care of right away and fixed on the spot. Great place to go for anything you need. 100% going to be a return customer and recommend this place to people. Professional, friendly, great customer service. Car is nice and quiet. I just purchased a used car that I already knew needed work. So looking around for a muffler shop in New Britain. I stumbled upon American Muffler & Brake. So I decided to call, from the beginning whoever picked up the phone instantly started laughing because I needed repairs, telling me I brought my car in CT, wrong Massachusetts. Then he begins to tell me I should have went to NY and Mass, how he has 15 cars. Laughing and jokingly competing with me. I was shocked still shocked. I'm calling your business to spend money and your joking.
