Beautiful women working the front counter every day. They are all cool as a fan... Security always on point, I know because I worked for the plaza before so you are safe despite the area. Fast service. 10 PC combo honey hot lemon pepper sprinkle. You can call and order ahead and 15 mins later you can walk in, pay and go. The peach juice mixed with sprite is how i do mine.
The area is a little sketchy at times, with all the hood guys standing outside in the parking lots. The staff either always on their phone tak8ng your order or flirting. Food is par just a quick bite. It can be a better place if the area gets cleaned up
I LOVE American Deli, but THIS ONE!!! No ma’am the parking was HORRIBLE, my wings didn’t taste NO WAY near honey/mild/ lemon pepper sprinkles!!! The wings had a soaking texture and the sauce tasted like ketchup and hot sauce!! I been enjoying AD since 99 and this was the WORST!!!
I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered 60 lemon pepper wet wings for a trip to Nashville, only to discover upon arrival that they were unexpectedly sweet, not to my liking. When I contacted the restaurant for assistance, I encountered difficulties in communicating with the manager, Tracy. Despite explaining the impracticality of returning from Nashville to Atlanta for a refund or resolution, especially for an electronic transaction, the only solution offered was to make the inconvenient trip back. This response fell short of the quality customer service I was expecting. Therefore, I advise caution when considering spending money here, as the experience might not meet expectations.
This place is going down hill everyday. The workers in the back cooking have been seen seasoning chicken with no gloves and with a bowl over the trash can. I won't be eating here again.
I am not originally from Atlanta and like most people I learned very quick that every American Deli is not worth the stop. The Greenbriar location is always busy for a reason! If I can offer a tip, I would say download Doordash and pick it up so you do not have to stand inside amongst the crowd for too long. I ordered mine while sitting outside, got on the phone, took care of a few things, went inside once the "ready" notification came through and was out of the door in no time. You have to use the window closest to the drink machine if you place a doordash order.
This philly was by far the best one I have had and the wet lemon pepper wings just has this twang that make you want more ... Im only here in the A for a couple days but yooo I gotta get some to take home with me....????????????????
My go to spot in the neighborhood so I know what to expect. But today the girl w/the blonde wig was on her cellphone from the time I ordered & after I left. So unprofessional to the customer. Then she kept 4 cents of my change & I bet i couldn't be short that for my meal & "slide".
And another thing,if I get a 10 pc STOP giving me 7 drums & 3 flats!!! Do better American Deli Greenbriar
