Ordered the Hot Teriyaki boneless wings and it taste like they just dosed it Frank’s red hot sauce. If I wanted hot wings I would have just got that. Even the hot lemon wings, just tasted like all hot sauce. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least
I've ordered take out here twice and won't make the same mistake. America's Best Wings is a joke. The wings and fries tasted like they were cooked in fish grease.
The guy taking my order was rude. He kept mumbling instead of enunciating his words. I asked him what it was that he said to me and he told me I can look at the screen. Seemed to say that louder and clearer. I can read fine, but if you're speaking to me I need to hear what you're saying. So I told him I can see the screen, I didn't realize he was giving me my total because he wasn't speaking clearly. All he had to do was repeat the total. Poor customer service. I didn't say anything else because I still needed my food. The wings were good. Fries were nasty and hard. They looked like they were fried in old grease.
There was an error on my online order of wings and I asked the cashier to correct the order. He refused and got angry and started to yell. I ask to speak to management and he said No figure it out!! Food was over cooked and customer service was non existent in fact very rude and out of order!!

Ordered the ten piece wing combo. While eating my fries I find nice long hair (longer than my low fade haircut) in my under cooked fries. I tried to contact the manager via phone, but the manager was not working and employees didn't know the next time they would be there. I suggest hair nets for all employees handling food.
I ordered steak nachos… I got chips with steak & cheese with peppers… the picture in the store shows… lettuce, tomatos, sour cream and guacamole…
Stick to wings !!!!
First time here was interested in the whole wings.
Excellent.cooked perfectly, good buffalo and garlic Parmesan sauce cole slaw fresh.
Service was great as well as the food. The order taker was very personable and helpful…..thank you for your service
