10 minutes late to open the salon. Made an appointment online, not once did the app stated I needed an approval. It allowed me to book in the time slot. Made it to the salon 15 minutes early. Once inside the salon, explain to the hairstylist that I made an appointment. She stated she did not have anyone in the time slot and that there was nothing she can do without an appointment. No customer service skills at all. Nothing to Accommodate the miss understanding or even tried to fix the issue. Flat straight NO! Will not recommend anyone to this salon.
Excellent service! Carolina and Gisselle make the perfect beauty salon Team in Brooklyn, Cleveland. Giselle is very professional, has a great customer service and she takes your time to do your hair; she recommends what is the best product and give you tips to maintain your hair home.

I booked an appointment through google. It was confirmed. I received an email. I show up (on my birthday) to get my hair done. The ladies in there are acting like they don’t know anything about my appointment. They open up google and see that you can book appointment & she read my email confirming my appointment and just dismisses it and it like I don’t use that and I don’t have time today. She was very dismissive and nonchalant. She never apologized or anything. I will never use this business or recommend anyone to it because of the lack of professionalism and customer service. If I could give zero stars they’d get that. Terrible!!!!!!
Today I had a 9 am appointment with Carolina, we schedule this yesterday. I arrived at 845 am and sat and waited for her arrival. Finally 910 I called the number that I used the day prior and no one answered. This isn’t my first time visiting the shop for service, this was my first time using this beautician. Her service was very poor, I told her I had a very important meeting that I had to attend at noon. She could have declined my service or reached out to me to cancel. It’s now 1045 am I have yet to get a phone call about my appointment.
I recently box died my blonde hair pink, purchased from a drug mart and it stained my hair so bad. I came here and got it done by Yissel, amazing job. Lifted the pink out of my hair so much and it feels healthy. It’s a beautiful platinum blonde, medium bob cut and I love it ???? it’s gorgeous there also, with welcoming lady’s !!
I've been a few times because you need to go more than once to give a true rating. I was floored by the low prices so I tipped the first couple times,however I have not yet received the original service I've asked for nor the one I asked for today so I did not tip the last time and was not going to because I'm not getting what I asked for and my hair is now starting to break however Carmen chose to over charge me this time for the same thing she's done for weeks for less I won't be back
I’m in town from Atlanta for business and Im very pleased with this salon. Such nice clean place, they were very professional and nice. I love my blow out we’ll recommend.
I took my mom that came out of towm to do her hair but she wasnt that happy with the end results. They did everything but when she asked then to flat iron her hair they told her that it wasnt necessary.so she left unhappy not liking how her hair looked. I think that if the customer request something and they paying it should be done.regardless of your opinion.
