Fast efficient nice guys. but there's a language barrier. I understood some things because I kind of know Spanish, but I think a little more Spanish classes on my part and English classes for them would improve future business.

I came in for a Smog check and because I just had some work done to it a week beforehand, my car's computer system wasn't ready. This is an issue when the battery is unplugged and it resets the computer. Anyways, they told me to come back in 2 weeks and to drive it around in the meantime. I paid 90% of the service and was told to pay the remaining when I bring it back to retest. I came back 2.5 weeks later and he told me that he was going to recharge the full price again to retest because the service had expired. I questioned the recharge and he said that the "2 Weeks" was a deadline and as a result he had to recharge me at full admission. We argued back and forth on it because he never told me that it was a deadline but rather a recommendation. He didn't want to reason, just kept saying that that's his rule and that he didn't have to retest the vehicle originally, which seems like a stretch given that the results of some of the test didn't read "failed" but rather "not ready." And because it wasn't "ready" it failed. Anyways, I feel like the person running the Smog Check Test Only was and is looking for ways to take advantage of his clients. To shift the blame on them when they don't follow his implicit strict rule so he can recharge them. He never mentioned that if I didn't come back within that 2 week window, it would void the original service. It's pretty upsetting and it will be the last time I use them.
Came here for a smog inspection. Charged $60. Owner of the facility in no rush whatsoever to complete his work and made no effort to welcome me into his business. Took around 30 minutes to complete. Thankfully I was the only one there - I imagine the two people that came after me had to wait a considerable amount of time to get their inspections finished. Will look elsewhere for inspections in the future.
I can understand other reviewers concerns with "passing keys around" as they did something similar to me before I had paid even though my car passed inspection. Overall left a very poor taste in my mouth.
I waited over 45 mins here and when I confroted over them charging me my failed smog check they assgressivly told to pay or they would not give me my keys to my car, they told me very awful and nasty stuff towards me and they keept passing my keys around like children. I felt discriminated here and I dont recomend anyone to do a smog check here they well do anything to take your money. Its ridicoluis that as a women I had more manners than 3 grown men acting like little kids
This guy vibed me like I stole my own car. It's a fully restored 16 year old muscle car. When all of his registration questions were answered, he finally found something - an issue with a part that I JUST purchased from Mopar, as the sticker didn't match the part number? Maddening... Then he just sat there on his phone and wouldn't answer any of the questions my specialty mechanic had about why he wouldn't complete the test. Serious waste of time.
I don't recommend anyone to go here, I was crooked by my money and was told to pay up the smog check test that I failed. I felt discriminated and they kept passing my keys around so I don't take my keys back and they would threaten me if I tried to do anything this place is run down as all hell and they charge and act like they work in a car dealership. Its disgusting and horrible how they treat everyone there
Got my smog check done here- was in and out of that place in 15 minutes. Good prices, friendly staff
