I called 3 times first time a woman answered the phone and said they would be there right away after waiting half a hour I called back asking if she knew what time the cab would arrive not specifically but a roughly she replied 15 I get off at 3:30 called at 3:45ish/4 3rd time she answered I said hey ma'am it's been another 30 I still haven't came waiting up to a hour now she says .. We're Busy If You Can Do A Better job come do it and hangs up . I just wanted to know a time but sorry for the inconvenience and you need better service ( besides sharing a ride with others the price is to high and there never on time ) that's all folks

Bryan is an extraordinary driver, he was very polite and friendly to us, pretty good driving skills as well.

I can't remember the driver's name, but it was cab #9. She was very courteous and polite. She even helped me with my packages when I got home. She was very nice.

Altus doesn't have any public transportation the sw transit only runs from 10-4 mon-fri. So if course if you don't have a car or friends and family you are stuck dealing with unprofessionals. No organization system whatsoever. Rudest receptionist ever. Most drug addicted drivers. All the cars permanently smell like cigarettes. You will have to wait 20 minutes to an hour just for the driver to show. Altus has got to do better for the non driving community not every can see to drive.
Best cab service in the world sorry they had to leave do to the other cab service they cheated them out of there runs and the drivers were lazy
If you are nice to them, they are nice to you. There is a limit to their ability if they get very very busy which does happen from time to time.. In rush hours (to get to work) schedule ahead! Mrs Alice is the sweetest lady! We love her and are so thankful for the service she has fought to provide!!
I used Altus Cab Company 3 times in the past week to get from Tipton to Altus while my vehicle was being repaired. All of the taxi drivers that I encountered were friendly, some even very entertaining. They were all on time and got me to my destination safely. I definitely recommend these guys.
