The service was great! It was packed, but I was seen immediately, and I was thinking they were going to rush due to many customers, but NOPE.. She was very thorough and extremely polite. I found my new place!! I HIGHLY recommend Alpha Nails!!
I’ve given this nail shop a few opportunities to prove me wrong but unfortunately they haven’t.
After visiting this nail shop about 3 or 4 times in the last 7 yrs they manage to disappoint every time.
1. Cuticles cut was not good. You could see traces of nail clippers all around my fingers tips. It took a few days for finger tips to look normal.
2. Nail polish was horrible. I had gel polish on the side of my nails and on to my actual skin around my fingers side/bottom. Just horrible, I had to wonder if she even had a cosmetology license.
3. Nail cut was also bad. My toenails look like they started growing from the corners and I had to go get another pedicure to avoid ingrown toenail.
Overall, it looked like my nails had been done by a 12 year old. I hope this review helps. I won’t be going back and this is a list to remind me why!

Service was terrible. I got an eyebrow wax and the person who did my eyebrows burned me! Then they blamed me for insisting that it was my "sensitive skin" but I've been doing eyebrow waxing for a while now and this has never happened. Do not go.
Had a very bad experience here. Won't be coming back. My daughter had pedicure with her regular technician and requested the same technician to do my pedicure so I can try her. My daughter then requested another lady to do her manicure instead. The other lady never came to do her manicure after she was done with her client. My daughter waited for the other girl during the entire time my pedicure was being done, only to find out the other girl was already in the room doing somebody else. We paid and just left very upset. The other girl who made us wait in vain should be fired. She is bad for the business because of her attitude. We think she dislikes the fact that she was just being a substitute because my daughter's regular technician accommodated me that's why my daughter did ask for her. She should have refused to do my daughter outright instead of making her wait in vain. We do not know if the gentleman who seems to be the manager even knew about what's going on and said nothing. They were speaking Vietnamese that we did not understand. Not professional at all. To Kim: better keep a close watch at your employees. I used to go there before and you already lost me then. This time I won't be coming back for good!!!

The nail techs at this place try to rush their work because they want to get the next customer right away. My wife and daughter were very unhappy with their sloppy work.
Nancy is my girl, she had been doing my nails for over a decade. The rest of the nail technicians are good ladies.
