WONDERFUL atmosphere! Nikki and her staff are so professional and always meet my needs and know exactly what I want done each time! I love going in there and feeling welcome each time! The whole staff is great! I would HIGHLY recommend going there if looking for great stylist and great environment!

I have never had a better massage therapist than Crystal. I leave there feeling so relaxed, relieved, and whole. Definitely helps me to keep my blood pressure down. She is such a pleasant person and very professional and kind.

I wish that I could attach a photo to this review. I asked for medium ash brown and champagne balayage having lifted hair already. I left with two shades of bright orange hair and yellow ends. I have been a processed blonde for over 25 years and never have I seen results this bad from a salon. This IS what you would expect from a box blonde dye on dark hair. Yes, an offer to continue working was made AFTER three people entered the room and began trying to convince me that these were salon quality results accompanied by eye rolling, arguing, laughing, and my making a tearful phone call to a close friend who also happens to be a successful stylist in Virgina Beach. She after seeing photos began to try and coach them on how to fix it. After leaving my hair was examined in person by a master colorist who was beside herself in how they could possibly have been pleased with their results let alone expect me to be. Obviously I declined the offer to continue work on my hair but accepted their offer not to charge me. I would never recommend this salon which is very disappointing.

Wonderful service and a cute location. While visiting from out of town I went in for a blowout/style and was very happy. Definitely recommend the salon and my stylist, Sarah. :)
