One of the guys here always has an attitude. Brought one of my cars here to get a few things looked at and he told me I could get some small things replaced one by one so I brought it back couple weeks later and it was a problem (maybe because they had two cars in shop and was a little busy) but either way you shouldn’t treat a customer with disrespect ( especially if willing to pay).
Usually when visiting a repair place as a woman I get nervous and afraid of being taken advantage of. But my experience at Allied was phenomenal they check out my vehicle and made sure I would be safe they changed my oil and front breaks and my headlight and the price was reasonable. Great shop! Val and Victor run this place like champs! They are fast, professional, and very honest to deal with. I found this shop shortly after moving to CT and I take my vehicle to them first and foremost now. I highly recommend them and trust their work completely.
These guys are my go to. They work fast, smart, and their knowledge is incredible. I trust them and never feel like I’m getting work done that doesn’t need to be done. They truly know their craft.
I stopped in 7:30 a.m. They immediately took my car for a ride, diagnosed brake issues, quoted me a fair price. I had my car back, fixed an hour and 20 minutes later. They even fixed an issue with my bumper, no charge! Will definitely use them again.
These guys fit me in at a moment's notice! They were very professional and honest. I dropped my car off and was immediately given an idea of what the problem might be and what the potential costs were. Victor kept me informed on what was needed to be done and the car was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be back for my next oil change and tune up!
We have been using this shop for years, too many services to list. All done without adding on "Extra" fees and as many dealerships try to bundle services, these gentlemen take care of what needs to be fixed. Always regret trying anyone else.
I have had my cars worked on and oil changed with Val and Victor for over 20 years . They will let u know if you really need something fixed or not they r 100% Honest and do great work . I recommend everyone to them !
