Always have a great experience with Allegiant Airlines.
I booked a flight to Florida to depart on 1/19/24 and return on 1/21/24. ALLEGIANT AIR took it upon themselves the Saturday before the trip to CHANGE THE RETURN FLIGHT TO 1/22/24. When I phoned to cancel the flights (2 people) because we could not return on the date they moved it to, I was told by the most RUDE customer representative I have EVER encountered, that I did not book the flight for return when I said I did. That was absolutely LUDICRIS as I COULD NOT RETURN on the date they changed it to because of my future business obligations on that very morning....The customer rep proceeded to tell me that I was WRONG and had no claim!!! ALLEGIANT AIRLINE IS THE WORST AIRLINE THERE IS. Not only do the have the most RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS representatives but, they make changes to flights WITHOUT GIVING THE CUSTOMER AN OPTION TO OPT OUT!!! I WILL NEVER FLY ALLEGIANT AGAIN AND I WILL DISCOURAGE EVERYONE/ANYONE I KNOW FROM DOING SO!!!!
Enjoyable direct flights to our family. Great airline carrier with direct flights. Everyone is helpful, professional and kind. Thank you for providing airline service to BLV.
Not happy flight delayed a few hours again 2 ND this happened and didn't let me.know till.at the airport checking in !!!!! Left family and now sit n wait for 2 1/2 hrs !!!!!

Terrible. Canceled our flight at the last minute costing us hundreds of dollars we won't get back. Then flippant and rude to boot. It was a first and a last and you certainly get what you pay for. A picture of my 4 year old upset because they announced there was no plane then told all of us to get out because they were shutting to the whole top level down. Super unprofessional and they refuse to reimburse in any way.
Flew out of Mid America and Destin and had a good experience at both. Flights were on time. Attendants were all great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the width of the seats. 5 more lbs on my hips would be bad in the seats.
