I can't recommend Bassem at All Tires highly enough! I've needed several relatively minor repairs in the last 6 months and he is always straightforward, fair, and quick AND he does quality work. So grateful to live near an honest, affordable neighborhood mechanic.
Not only are Bassem and his team knowledgeable and competent at fixing vehicles, but they care about helping you understand the exact issue and prescribing a fix that saves you money. With my wife's car, the dealership was going to charge almost $1500 more to fix a problem the car didn't end up having--the difference between testing a sensor and replacing a whole system. I cannot recommend All Tires & Auto Care enough.
So quick and kind and well priced! They took me last minute and they were so helpful -I even learned a little something about my car. Love this place.
I went to this location a few years ago. An man I don't know he was an employee or the owner but he went to do a diagnostic test on my car. And he said that I needed a new master cylinder, four rotors for all 4 tires, and brake fluid. And he was planning on charging me $600 dollars. I went to another mechanic today and he told me the truth about my car. The only thing he told me that I needed brake pads for the front of my car. He was saying that nothing was wrong with my car the master cylinder was working. The other 3 rotors were great. This man at this location was planning to screw me over, so that's why I am leaving a bad review. You should be ashamed of yourself screwing your customers like that. For now on I will get a second opinion with every car shop I go to!
We were out of town heading to airport and Bassem helped us back on the road fixing our tire in a timely manner. We are so grateful he was there to help!
Baseem, the owner, is one of the most fair, kind, and honest people in the tire business. I got all 4 tires replaced for a fraction of the cost the dealership was quoting me in under an hour, with 6 months of road hazard included. He answered all my questions and was extremely responsive on the phone and was happy to provide same day service. Will definitely be going back for future car needs!
My wife and I had an emergency while traveling. This place was able to get my truck back on the road no issues. Luckily it wasn't too complicated of a fix but I appreciate the urgency the shop had in understanding our constraints. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding professionalism. Highly recommend for any and all patrons.
