Wayne and mgt, along with technicians, were welcoming, informative, and courteous with all my needs and inquiries. They even went above and beyond with my customer needs and I truly appreciate their warm efforts with that, in addition. Very reliable service, my truck really runs great after my visit here.

I had a check engine light come on in one of semi trucks. Allstar was recommended for the repair, and they did not disappoint. Wayne was very personable and upfront about everything going on during the repair process. Brandon, the owner, was also very friendly and down to Earth. This is why they get a notable mention. I highly recommend this business for your diesel repair in the Atlanta area.

I used All-Star to replace the engine in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brandon and the staff did an amazing job. They actually put a brand new engine in lieu of the rebuilt option. The price was great. The interaction, communication, all were too notch. They are my go to and I definitely recommend for any service.

My truck was towed to this garage because it was the closest diesel mechanic in the area. They were unable to look at the truck that day which is understandable. I was told to call in the morning. I called and was told to call around 2 which later turned to 15 minutes before they closed. I received a phone call from Wayne. He said it was the injectors and it was best to replace the 8 oppose to two. How much? $3000 - 5000 Although he would have to start taking stuff off the motor to see what was causing the fuel pump not to function so the cost we were looking at was $5000 plus. We decided against it ~ don't take anything apart. What did we owe? $130.00. We would have the vehicle towed to our regular mechanic which thought the prices were high. When asked if I could pay over the phone Wayne said yes but to call back on Monday so he can add additional charges??? Odd because he just said I owed $130 for the diagnostic. Called Monday morning and an additional $30.00 was added. When questioned what that charge was I was told it was for a laptop fee! What the heck is a laptop fee?? Sadly, that was poor customer service. I will never go back to this place. Not even in an emergency!

It gets better. There was nothing wrong with my injectors! The fuel pump was dead! $800. was my final cost.

I'd give them a zero if that was possible!

I brought my motorhome in for inspection they told me need four airbags, brakes in the back and front, wheel bearings, thermostat I told them to fix the lights outside and install the bracket and window panel for the driver side . I paid the 4100 for service this is where the nightmares begin. Took the bus home, brakes started smoking less than a mile away from the shop , Wayne told me cause it's new brakes, bus couldnt move brakes locked up in the front, he sent a service to come out to my home still brakes smoking. On top of that they didn't put the window bracket back and just put the screws in the panel. Called them excuse after excuse. Airbags is not inflated in the rear, wayne keep telling me they are short handed and don't know when they can fix it. Drive over there the owner Brandon was so unprofessional, had one of his tech adjust the brakes airbag wasn't inflated they temporary fix it. Tell me to bring it back, that's when the nightmare starts. Owner has covid, owners busy, don't have enough employee and Wayne says he don't know how to fix the bus, he don't know what to do. My wife he told her to call after Christmas excuses. So my wife called and ask to speak to the owner Brandon he said bring it after the new year brought it after the new year give the keys to his wife she was rude and had attitude . my wife felt so uncomfortable and very angry she came and told me what happened so I went there and got the bus. Drive the bus back home it went into limp mode. Called a reair shop got a tow company, the guy said this is the worse job he has seen and I got ripped off, he says you can't drive the bus

with air bags down , paid over 600 dollars to have it towed to another repair shop.

They deleted my previous post because I called them rude when I was cold calling about tire sales and they were dismissive. Pathetic they are trying to hide it. Just because I'm not buying anything doesn't mean you can treat someone how ever you want.

Professional shop and honest about the repairs needed. They inspected the truck, told me what I needed and what I could wait on to get me back up and running. A shop you can trust to keep you rolling!
