These people are awesome!!! Moe the dispatcher was so helpful, Tyjaah, Demoan my drivers were outstanding very friendly and I felt safe. Bravo!!!!!!
They are late coming to get me for work I would not recommend star bus to anyone I will not be using their service never again until they apologized to me first and the driver was not nice to me on the way back
Terrible service. Completely unreliable. You can call them and "they'll get you in 10 minutes" which could mean 30 minutes or never...all in the luck of the draw. If they do happen to actually come they will try and rip you off. The last cab I got in told me a completely made up rate and when I asked about calling in the fare I was told "I can call whoever I want but I got kids so do whatever you want". You're better off driving drunk or walking...
Cab service is cheap but don't come on time made me late said 20 minutes and 30 minutes rolled by I called them the guy was rude when I asked about the cab that i called 30 minutes ago and then hung up on me. They should said 40 minutes instead of lying then I would've called another cab company. Had to be somewhere at 8 called the cab at 7:25 they came a little after 8.
Called to arrange pick up time. Guy was rude on the phone and very short. Tried to call back to cancel my arrangement and iv called 15 times and it just keeps ringing. No place to leave a message and to high of a price to for 2 miles down the road. Still have yet to cancel my arrangement....
I've used them a few times and the service was decent as far as Albany cabs go, but I just called and was put on hold for a combined total of 20 minutes plus I was disconnected twice. If this happens again I will never use this service. I called another and got immediate service.
Called multiple times for a taxi from the palace to central Ave and they lied to me and said there was only one driver on mind you two all star taxis just drove by me. A van. And a car. You guys are cheap but your service quality is complete trash. Unprofessional and you have nothing but hood boogers working for there. Sorry not sorry. Get it together trash company.
I was chilling by the corner of my house (No I didn't have any issues or anything or even called for service.) But I do give credit where credit is due. I was on FaceTime as one of the drivers caught a red light on mill st in troy i was FaceTiming my girlfriend and he stopped to make sure I was alright. ( It was just odd hours for him to probably see someone up.) In this time and age that's alot of props. So for that alone I'm rating 4 star service.
