I made an appointment for a definite time. The responder on the phone assured me that the ride would be on time and a call would be made before they came. At the appointed time, no call, no ride. My calls to Jack's were never returned. I lost my flight $$. Will never call this "local" company again.
Jack was early, friendly, and offered a great flat rate to the airport. His mini-tour on the way was a welcome bonus! Highly recommend.
I called this business and was told there were no cars available. While I was leaving a good review for the company I used, I started reading other reviews on that page. I'm astounded at how many people leave poor reviews because a company is too busy, short staffed, or both. So the man I spoke to was incredibly polite, even when I wasn't. My apologies, sir 5 star attitude on his end.
Jack is very professional and always there when he says he will be. He's always so easy to talk to also. Thanks again Jack for your wonderful service.

Going to airport on morning flight, scheduled the afternoon before and Jack the driver showed up just a few minutes early. Professional, courteous and wait for it....... on time!
Called for a ride from the fairgrounds. Got rudely told they didn't have a running car at the moment why even ask where I was and needed to go if you don't have a car
