We love Alibertos. The burritos are our favorite. We're there at least once a week(almost embarrassed to say!) Wonderful, kind staff and very prompt. Yummy and delicious ????. Go visit them today!
Great food! Food is authentic and so delicious! Customer service is definitely a hit and miss. Sometimes they are super warm and friendly and other times they are straight up conducting a business transaction. Food is large quantity and great quality. Love this restaurant.
The food is decent and was prepared quickly. Portion size was a little small, but portioned for the takeout container, perhaps would be more generous for dine in. I'd eat there again.
Not so great…. The breakfast burritos were pretty good but the restaurant was dirty and the decor and atmosphere were deplorable. They had boxes stacked on top of the booths and the only decor was a half dead plant and a bubble gum machine. The staff was extremely unfriendly too. Most Alibertos have a salsa bar but this place didn’t even have any mile sauce . No fresh salsa at all. They only had canned tasteless red sauce. It’s a shame the Maricopa gets the only bad Alinertos. The franchise manager or owner needs to get busy and crack down on this one or shut them down. They are giving Alibertos a bad name.
Lady at the cash register was polite and the food was good. I had a carne asada burrito and a fountain drink.
Great food, wonderful prices.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and California burrito. For one, $10 is too much to pay for a small bean burrito. The cheese wasn't melted. The shell was hard around the edges indicative of staleness. Filiburtos has a much better deal on bean burritos. I was unhappy with the fact that a California burrito loaded with all types of stuff cost the same as a bean and cheese burrito three ingredients!
One Wednesdays, a bean burrito at Filiburtos cost $1.49 for those who did not know. On the other hand, the cashier was polite. The atmosphere felt like I was in an old, partially dilapidated place in another country, perhaps the poor lighting cause that type of mood.
So here's the roll tacos I ordered. Pretty disappointing. On a positive note the horchata was good. But I won't be ordering from here again.
