Food tasted awesome! Service was okay, atmosphere needs some help! The building inside needs renovated, as it was raining there were some leaks going on, but they were contained!
-Upon entering the establishment we were not greeted (which would have been fine if they were busy, honestly) but instead glanced at and ignored- there was one other patron who was seated and waiting for his food.
-As we walked up to the cashier (he saw us!) he walked away because the other worker had called him over to show him something on his phone.. basically in front of us!
-Very unprofessional- banging utensils loudly, singly loudly (I’m all for a good time but this didn’t seem normal), eating while making our food, etc.
I just hope the food is better than the customer service.
Ordered 2 orders of chiliquiles. They were inedible. Appeared to be yesterday's chiliquiles, and had the resemblance of chewy bark. After the remainder of our party had gotten through their meal, not enjoyed it, the cook came and offered to make us new ones. We declined and will not return. Restaurant is dirty, water damaged roof is peeling back above where you wait to order.
First time to this restaurant. Tacos were very good as were the taquitos. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Furnishings have seen better days. Looking forward to our next visit to explore mor of the menu.
Fair food. It’s not bad, but the workers are ridiculously lazy. And I been coming here for almost 5 years. The workers themselves just don’t wanna work n they just wanna hangout listening to Hispanic music till they get paid and can leave (I experienced this too many times) they don’t answer the phone when it’s less than 2hr til closing. Their boss is really messing up n must not care.
We ordered a carne asada breakfast burrito, they gave our burrito to the man that came in and ordered after us and gave us I'm assuming what he ordered because it was not steak, we think it was chorizo- which could be ok, but I don't like chorizo. & when I asked about it I was blown off...
Food is great!! The workers are so kind and the dining area has a very cozy feel!
Food was decent. However, the prices are not accurate. What I was charged compared to what is on their boards are off. I will not come back because of this.
