Really nice marketplace but most stores are a bit pricey except for few stores. Small but very nice place to spend some quite time and relax.
A fabulous market with a great variety of vendors. I got some amazing Poke at Ali’i Poke & Shaved Ice. The fruit vendor here also has a great selection of fresh picked local produce and great prices.
I picked up some unique chocolate here as well.
So many things to check out in such a nice little small market.
This is a little awesome artisan market. They have handmaid items that are from the locals of Hawaii. They have also got a place for your comic lover.
That is licensed You even have somebody that paints on coconuts and send them out as postcards. I love taking a stroll through this little place. There's also even a wild Turkey walking the premises.
My wife and I flew from Oahu to Hawaii today to celebrate our anniversary. When we picked up the rental car, they gave us a map with different businesses and restaurants. We saw Ali’i Gardens Marketplace advertised as opening at 9:00 am. As it listed a number of shops offering handmade items and art, we decided to stop by and do some shopping. I am sad to say that not only were we disappointed that the majority of the shops were not open as advertised (there were two open at 9 and one in the process of opening) but we actually experienced very rude behavior from a gentleman riding around the complex in a golf cart. Not sure if he is the owner, caretaker or security but he apparently felt the need to make rude comments loud enough for my wife to hear that the restrooms were not public but for paying customers. I can only say that if more than 3 vendors were operating as advertised, we would very likely have purchased items as we went out of our way to find the place. To future visitors of Hawai’i, I DO NOT recommend visiting Ali’i Gardens Marketplace. I am sure there are many places on Hawai’i that will actually appreciate your business and not treat you rudely.

Nice little market and place to get some souvenirs but BUYER be aware of ERNESTO RIBEIRO PHOTOGRAPHY!! We spent $300 on a photo that he was supposed to ship and it has been 8 months and several messages where he says he is shipping and nothing.
Super fun market space outdoor and easily accessible from kona. Fun vendors and kitchen stuff you might want on your vacation!
There is not a better marketplace on the big island like Ali’i Gardens Marketplace on Ali’i Drive , so come on down the food is great , the people is great and such an awesome place to be and have fun at , tell them KAM sent you now Aloha ????????
