Ivy the owner treated me so wonderful she not only did exactly what I asked for but she treated me very kindly. I felt very welcomed here. Will definitely be coming back for my rebase. She did it again my nails and design look so good so take such well care of me making sure I have a comfy seat with a pillow and she got me in and out while looking amazing. Thank you so much ivy she’s the best ask for her.
My nails look amazing -as always! They always use the best products, new products, and offer a comfortable environment to be in. I have always been happy with my nails- In the six months i’ve been coming here and I have always left feeling pampered. Anyone who’s done my nails has always done a great job, but pictured here is Ivy‘s work. I am a bartender and I get compliments on my nails ALL the time. I recommend coming here- calling before and make an appointment…or go on a whim, they do walk-ins too. ????
*Edit - Got my nails done a second time and the ladies here were all very sweet. They did a great job again, and made a very cute design on my nails. I'm very impressed by their design skills!
Very nice ladies. I made an appointment same day and they got me in right away. I think my manicure was a pretty complex design, but my technician was very nice and did a great job. The salon was clean and organized, and everyone was professional and kind. I will return in the future for sure.
I was optimistic about this place because they have great reviews but for some reason, my dip manicure was completely rushed. She didn’t clean up my cuticles at the beginning or ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be. I usually like them to be square but they’re all just rounded and different shapes. She accidentally cut my skin so I’m bleeding and there is residue dip powder all over my fingers. I would understand if they were really busy but they weren’t busy so I don’t know why it was so rushed. I’m going on my honeymoon and I’m just disappointed.
I love Kim! This is the third time I’ve had my nails done by her; she does such an amazing job! She’s so thorough and gentle. The salon is always clean and organized. This is my 6th or 7th visit to the salon and their staff is so sweet and polite every time I go in. I’m usually a walk-in and I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 20 mins. I will say that I have noticed Thursdays and Fridays are their busier days, so I would recommend going in earlier on those days if you’re going as a walk-in.
I got a pedicure. It was nice for the most part. Except for the nail tech cutting me and actually having blood on her gloves but not even acknowledging it happened and then the woman left after painting my toes and didn't come back. She never asked if I liked her work and she neglected to paint my entire nail on some of my toes so it looked weird and other toes had paint on my skin and looked messy. This was the WORST paint job I've ever paid for.
I had to ask someone else for her to come back. She attempted to fix what I didn't like, but still didn't clean up my toes. At that point, after an hour for a basic pedicure, I decided to just fix what was left when I got home.
Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for my pedicures.

Best salon ever! Ever since the first time my mom and I came to this salon we've decided to not go to any other one. They do the most amazing acrylic designs! Think of an idea, and Ivy can pull through. The other nail techs also do a very amazing job with acrylics. They do very amazing pedicures as well, the massage chairs are a huge plus.
Painful. Real torture! Acrilic full set last 2 hour's during which they peal your skin to ????!!!
This is the worst nail salon I ever been to. Do not go there!!!
I asked for a square nail shape, acrilic.
The girl on number 4 was who served me. Thao was written on her products. Terrible person. I believe she is a sadist and sick. I mean socially dangerous!
She did use a machine to polish my natural nails. Then she applied the fake nails on mine.
She took a censure to cut them shorter - as result each nail has different length and shape.
Then and she took a manual nail file and started to pile those plastic nails that were attached to the edge of my natural nails. This was very uncomfortable and disturbing. She file those plastic nails in the ???? shape. Very thin on the edge I requested squeeze form- I asked her not to do it, but she ignores me. It was painful and look very odd because my hands are bigger. I asked her not to pile it on the side as she was pealing the Plastic nails she was pealing my natural nails that she already did file with the machine. It was very uncomfortable. But nothing compared to what come next. The nail has triangle shape where my natural nails were wider than what she was adding it was bad. Another person join and ask me once again about the shape, I repeat myself and even show her on the picture next to her what I ordered.
I asked her to stop pealing because it's uncomfortable.
Finally she started to apply the acrilic on top after 30 min of pealing. I was thinking that the torture was over. But I was wrong.
She started to apply the acrilic and it was pinging me because each time she touch my fingers she was squeezing it so strong and twisting it that my finger was hurting me.
But the worse part during the pealing was that she would push down my cuticle shin on the side of my natural nails and pressure it with her own nails. This actually was hurting. My skin was all chipped now and while she was applying the acrilic I feel burning and pain. It seam's like it was her first time and she hated what she was doing.
Next thing I new she was using the manual nail peal to shorten those triangle shape nails. And then she started pealing the base of my nails along with the fake one trying to make my natural nails thinner.
She did peal off my skin and I was bleeding where she was pealing and pealing.
Then she took the machine and peal again the top of the nails, the bottom of it and spend extra time pealing my skin.
I had to hold my thears.
I pull my hands several times because I was bleeding.
I told her "you are hurting me very much!" To which she responded: "it is okay!" I said:" no this is not okay!"
I tried to distract myself watching my phone but she peal my skin. I had to hold my breath and tears.
That was owful.
My cuticular skin hurt me it is swallen and irritated. It hurts when I wash my hands or even when I do nothing. Each nail has different shape and length.
She refused to dry my nails.
She left and Asian arrogant unpleasant woman- told me that I can't get nail drier because the nail polish I requested is not shillak!!! Look at the picture below.
Terrible. I wanted to run away.
This was abuse and violence. I would give 000000 starts if I can.
I never been in pain while doing my acrilic nails. Never ever I have been tortured at this level in any saloon. This is really owful.

This torture lasted 2 long hours.
I wanted to run away.
Usually it does last 30-45 minutes to maximum 50 minutes to get my full set.
This is not only the worse experience but the one that last the longest!
I absolutely hate it.
I still feel like Crying!!!
Do not go there!
This is worse than Auschwitz!!! This is a torture center NOT A SPA!!! Do not recommend! I will not go there again!!!
