I always take my cars & work trucks to Alex’s Automotive in Lacey NJ. Alex’s mechanics are always great. Great prices too. Definitely check them out.
Alex replaced my spark plugs + ignition coil + synthetic oil change. My Durango just hit 100k miles, it’s running like it’s brand new. He did a great job, had it done in a day and great pricing. Appreciate it and I’ll be referring more people to the shop.
I had to bring my Audi A4 in after it was leaking anti freeze. After a couple of different shops would not look at it right away or even at all, Alex and his team took my car in right away.
Not only did he confirm and look at my car to make sure it was the water pump but it was fixed and returned to me that day!
The customer service and fair pricing is unmatched.
I will 100% be going back to them for any other car troubles I may have in the future

Diagnosed the issue with my power steering, ordered the part, and had it fixed within a couple hours at an honest rate. Super nice people.

I brought one of my work trucks for a brake job after one of my guys said they were going out. Alex called me and told me they were fine and had plenty of life left in them, even though I dropped it off and asked him to change them. This is the kind of honesty you can't really expect these days, and I have taken all of my vehicles to him ever since and haven't regretted it.
Excellent experience and Alex is very knowledgeable. He is very personable and trustworthy. Prices are very good and he doesn't try getting more money out of you. He always is willing to work something out with you.
No one wanted to touch my civc bc its 2 inches off the ground.. i came to see Alex . Fixed all my problems n some .. great shop to go to for who ever haves car issues n especially ppl with imports who cnt find a shop to work on there car .
I have a 03 civic si hatchback After bringing my car to two other mechanic shops telling me I need a new engine I was almost ready to give up And junk my car. But then I heard good things about Alex‘s automotive so I figure I give it one more try so happy I did!! He listen to my car right then and there and told me I don’t need a new engine My jaw dropped I couldn’t believe it. With in a day he had my car running right check engine light was gone and my car ran just like it should . When Alex told me the price I was in shock only because it was Very reasonable . I was expecting to pay a lot more. I’m definitely going back if I ever need any other car repairs. He is a very honest guy and a hell of a mechanic. Give him a try.
