Buyer beware! Tried to sell my daughter a car he said had a minor collision with a deer . His carfax said minor damage however we were just about to close the loan , luckily the bank said their carfax said major damage with a salvage title. In turn we did not get the car . I would never consider buying a vehicle from this place again !
Alan Auto was very caring and knowledgeable when helping me buy my first vehicle. The staff was compassionate and made me feel at ease. I purchased my car last year from them and haven’t had any problems since. I would highly recommend Alan Auto to anyone looking to buy a dependable vehicle!
If your thinking to buy a vehicle from here don't. They do not know how to negotiate first off. Vehicles are way over priced. Was told the mileage for one vehicle when I checked it out, it was not what was said. Stated the frame is solid which is wasn't. They are driving Vehicles home that need work done ex. Diff was leaking and i had just saw a worker drive up.this tells me they do not take care of the Vehicles on hand. I told them a budget I had and they was trying to sell me other vehicles that were priced online cheaper and they was trying to sell it higher than priced online. They do not deserve even a 1 star. Please BE AWARE.
Equipment shipment "experts" has no idea what are they doing
My husband and I enjoyed our auto buying experience at Alan auto sales! While their cars are on the pricey side, I don't mind paying extra for a working, reliable, overall decent looking vehicle. We paid cash so the process was straight forward. Not to mention the excellent customer service that was provided! The sales person (and his brother in law) who helped us was very courteous, knowledgeable, down to earth, and just pleasant people to talk and work with in general. Although I haven't had the car long, so far it drives good.
I really enjoyed, there family oriented business! They have great personalities! I love my car! They worked with me on my down payment, and also took my price down on my car! They call and do check ups on how everything is going! They really care about there customers! Every question I had, they answered! And I love my car

Awful experience! Let me drive the car to the gas station and back to test drive it. Ac=broken check engine light=on. Reverse light=blown. Brakes=squeaky. I brought everything to their attention. Now I drive 2 hours to get there and they knew that. They told me they fixed the AC (still doesn’t work) they told me the check engine light was on because the pressure sensor for my tires was broken.....ooook. Then they told me they fixed my brakes.. 2 different times I had to bring my car back to fix these issues. I bought my car in March 2019. It is now July 2019. I had to replace the rotors and brake pads on my car because they were nothing but metal slabs (due to never being replaced) causing my tires to lock up and cause me to almost get into an accident. So many issues with this business. Pushy, sketchy, and shady. If I could give it zero stars I would. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
