Best WLM Reviews

This is a true dive bar in gunnison. Smoking, pool tables, and pinball is allowed. We shall return while in the area. See our YouTube channel on Coolest Life.
If you're looking for a wild west saloon experience without the risk of getting shot by a cowboy, then the Alamo bar is the place to be! This place has everything: cowboy hats, boots, and even a mechanical bull for those brave enough to take a ride.
The bartenders are friendly and quick with a drink, and the atmosphere is lively with country music and the occasional yeehaw. I especially enjoyed the decor, which includes vintage firearms and cowboy memorabilia.
Now, I must warn you, if you're not a fan of peanut shells on the floor, then this may not be the place for you. But if you're willing to embrace the casual vibe, then the Alamo bar is a great spot for a night out with friends or a rowdy bachelorette party.
Overall, I give the Alamo bar two thumbs up and a big ol' yeehaw!
Imagine getting 86'd from a bar that still allows smoking(you mustve been waisted waisted) and then having the audacity to let the entire world know on google reviews.
Great bar
We came here to see The Green Mile. It was such a great venue!! Also, the child care was great! I recommend Stacy. She got our pasta out so quick! Hands down 2 stars!
Not a whole lot of bars in CO can you smoke in, nor buy cigarettes, but at the Alamo you can! My bf and I just wanted a quick drink and were taken by surprise of how old timey the bar felt. George was our bartender for the evening, he put on some football and talked to us for a while. It was a really nice experience on a sunday night. The drinks were good and cheap, the environment was lovely, and George is now one of my favorite people to visit.
Was highly dissatisfied with the customer service. They put me on a list "786" I suppose. They said I was drunk and they weren't going to serve me anymore and that's when I asked why. They said if you have a problem then I won't serve you anymore.threatened to call the police afterwards.
Guess this used to be Pizza Mountain. Otto is long gone. Roger too maybe. John used to manage his folks Alamo down the block. Back in the day there was a tunnel under Main from the 'Mo' to a cat house. Just a few years ago ...
Reminded me of the small town dive bars back home. Cool atmosphere with the pool tables and tv's. Dogs roaming around was a cool aspect. However, everyone had a cigarette in their hand and I left smelling like an ash tray
