Best WLM Reviews
Amazing atmosphere! Small but fast, efficient, and friendly. No one cared that I sat and read, they were kind and genuinely nice. Strawberry Margarita was best I've had in a while. I will be back!
As is the case at many restaurants, they are short-staffed, so be prepared to exercise patients at each step in your dining event. Food was tasty although I prefer the con queso dip to be thicker. Outside dining poses a bit of a dilemma for me. It's nice to be outdoors on the sidewalk, but a regular stream of traffic just a few feet away can be distracting. I have to be in the right sort of mood. The bottom line is we will keep returning to this establishment.
We found a new favorite! Delicious food, great service and clean! Nice and cozy atmosphere! The Bandera Burrito and Sopas were our choices tonight. YUM!
My husband and I have been wanting to give this place a try. Now we know and will never return. The service was horrible and the restaurant was not even busy. I got the house Margarita, taste like flavored water, would not recommend! We also tried the agave dip which was more like soup - wouldn’t recommend. We didn’t end up ordering dinner due to the lousy service. As much as we wanted to like this place and expected more, it was definitely less. We ended up getting a burrito from Crazy King burrito which was good and filling. I’d recommend Caliente, Los Cabos, Rio Grande or simply making dinner at home over this place.
We got two pitchers of the Mango Margarita frozen. As a juice, its was good 10/10. However, as an alcoholic drink 0/10, there was no alcohol! Mind you I'm a light weight and I had 2 full glasses and I didn't even feel a tingle. I thought I just couldn't taste the alcohol b/c it was that good but I think they just didn't add it. They sure did charge me for it though.
Chips and salsa were good though.
If you’re looking for a nice, authentic Mexican restaurant to enjoy a fun family night, look no further than Agave Bar and Grill in Carmel. Weather permitting, there’s outdoor dining to enjoy your food along the sidewalk and enjoy the scenes of Carmels Art District.
Once inside, the quaint space is decorated by wall art by students from the local high school which adds a nice touch. The bar is fully stocked with your favorite tequilas, bourbons, cognacs and vodkas AND they’re not stingy with the alcohol on the drinks!
When it came to the food I enjoyed the sopes, tacos and chips & salsa. I was asked if I liked my salsa hot and it was so bold and flavorful. The owner Cindy, even was helping her staff prepare food and drinks which shows great leadership from the top.
I highly recommend going and when you visit, tell them your favorite #travelingfoodieguyde @zonedoutmarkiss sent you and tag me in the pics :)
First time here, went with our daughter that lives down the street and she's been several times. Service was very good, food was delicious, everybody enjoyed their entrees and drinks.
I ordered Chicken Asado and after they brought it they asked if I wanted tortillas, which was great.
Outside seating with umbrellas worked great. Will definitely return!
The food was great and very delicious. The birria tacos were so filling and tasty.
