I've been to this shop on at least 3 different occasions in the past couple years. Most recently this past week due to a bad wheel bearing on my Jeep. The owner, Forrest Senior immediately checked out my vehicle and realized that my issue posed a safety concern. Forrest ordered my part after diagnosing the problem and part was delivered to the shop fairly quickly to my surprise. Forrest went right to work and got my vehicle repaired and back on the road within a few hours. I am very particular to whom I take my vehicle to for repairs and I must say that the owner here is friendly, knowledgeable and very fair priced. I would highly recommend After Hours for any mechanical services you may need and will continue to take my Jeep there as well for any future needs.
Forrest was half the cost of any other shop and did an amazing job, just when you think there's no more honest shops anymore this shop gives hope, keep up the good work..
For the last 18 to 20 years I have taken my car echo Toyota and my son has been client if "After Hours" too for over 15 years! Forest Sr and son Forrest Jr. Are the plight, fair priced, and most honest gentlemen you would ever know. As a female car owner mechanics of past did over charge me for car work needed on my vehicles. Since I strolled upon "After Hours" some 20 years ago with the professionalism, honesty and dignity Forrest Sr and Junior his son have I no longer worry about mechanic work done on My car and my son since age 15 years old has seen the good business in car repairs. In fact for over 15 years my son's been a customer from age 15 and he now 33 my son he observed how well car repairs were performed timely well priced and how his mom was treated!!!. The work is done timely, accurately and more anything if something can not be fixed Forest Sr. and Junior will tell you straight up its not worth repairing your cars too old or I can hear engine has other issues, both forest Sr. And Junior do a great review your cars issues and tell what's wrong how fix it and about cost depending cost of parts. As female I don't know darn thing about repairs for car other check oil, brake fluid, check transmission fluid level change a tire. Iam lost on car repairs ("After Hours") father and son have been an asset to my car repairs as a female for over 20 years!! I know in my heart and soul these are the two best and honest mechanic gentlemen any female or male can haves repair their vechiles or even have girl friend or wife get their car fixed. They are family men and simply old fashioned polight car mechanics with good repair price and quotes for last 20 years or more is been wonderful to have my vehicle repaired by Forest Sr and son Junior at ("After Hours")!!!! I took my cherokee to After Hours because it was running funny and I don't understand cars. They showed me step by step everything that was wrong with it and talked me through my options. They even pinpointed three oil leaks and found the slow leak in my tire which had been haunting me for over a year. I've always been skeptical of auto shops because the ones I've been to seem very mysterious but the guys at After Hours were totally transparent and the price was great. I've already recommended them to a bunch of my friends.
My car happened to break down in front of this shop, and I must say they were professional, friendly, and treated my vehicle like it was their own. With quality work and reasonable pricing, they've earned my repeat business in the future.
Extremely shady repair shop, charged me for a new radiator and labor, problem returned within 2 days, took to another shop and was informed they never changed my radiator at all and put "stop leak" in my coolant system... when I confronted Forest senior he lied to my face, gave me an attitude and raised his voice so I just left. lesson learned..
These guys shoot straight from the hip - they take you under the hood and show you exactly where the problem is and can usually diagnose the issue fairly quickly. The same job quoted by STS & PEP boys was about 20-25% higher than what these guys charged me. I HIGHLY RECOMMMED going to an STS or a PEP Boys to get a quote and take that quote to see these guys ... they will beat the price and you will appreciate their service as they appreciate your business.
