Good Prices But They Actively Ignore Walk-Ins Who Have Been Waiting Hours Which is Unacceptable
Walked into this barbershop because I wash my clothes next door and decided to come to the same barber that I went to for the first time before, Which I asked when I walked in was the same man in from before, &’ the first guy to my right (who I believe is the owner) said no he will be in tomorrow. So I asked who else cut good hair in here, he replied &’ said the only guy who cuts good hair in here will be in tomorrow. I thought that was very sarcastic! So I walked past him and asked one of the barbers did he have anyone else next, he replied and said sorry he’s booked for the day. Asked another barber and he said he’s not taking anymore and a few were snickering in the background, won’t say all. Anywho, First and foremost If no one in this barber shop wanted to take any more heads for the night the owner should have said when I entered door “sorry but we are closed for tonight or sorry we are not taking any more heads” Why would you claim that there is only one good barber here and that I should come back tomorrow to go to him. ? I find that very disrespectful and unwelcoming! And you’re the owner of the shop at that. I walked out and went about my day. Very rude and sarcastic Haitians who work here !
I've had services performed at this shop before. My son is black, my brother is white as am I. They have received cuts here in the past. Now, let me start by saying tonight was different. There was only 1 barber on duty and he said there were 2 ahead of us. 2 black men walked in and he told them how many was ahead. When it was almost time for my son to be next, these men just walk right up. I may be mistaken but it felt racially motivated. So, we got up and left after waiting over and hour. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. We'll be finding a new barber.
Satisfied with the hair cut I got, but was misled with pricing. One of the barbers charged me more than the stated price. Make sure you and your barber agree on price before you get scammed out of a few dollars...
Best shop in gwinnett. Always very friendly. Great cuts. Awesome price. Very consistent.

at ,Hurricane Schoals Lawrenceville GA. I had a very bad experience today. I wait for almost 2 hours to get my nails done. A "super" client came after me and they call her 5 minutes later . I was still waiting and finally just walk away
