Best WLM Reviews
Went for micro braids and because possible tornadoes were coming they rushed through it because it wasn’t something we planned for. I was satisfied until braids start slipping out and I noticed that it was thin. I went in to speak with Ms CoCo and she agreed to fix them.. I spoke with the owner who was not there and she was aware…They wanted to charge $60 to take down what they did wrong.. I offered to help and she agreed and once I got home the owner had Ms Coco call me to tell me it would be another $200 with a $20 discount to redo braids that they messed up… The work that they show on the wall is old and their braiding technique isn’t like it use to be…. It’s time for them to learn new styles and stop posting old pictures on their website … I really hate I wasted $200 for braids that weren’t full and start slipping out after a week. Money doesn’t grow on trees and everyone doesn’t have $200 to waste.. I was told to never use them but I used them when they 1st opened in the Tupelo area and I was satisfied.. This time I was very disappointed and could’ve saved money by staying away from their shop…A review is better than acting out so I don’t mind taking the time to post a review on every page they have posted..
I went to this shop because of the reviews and I am very disappointed. There was 3 ladies in the shop and I end up with the one who does poor work. 1. Her braiding technique is terrible! The way she attached the weave to my hair is just wrong. 2. She didn’t listen to what I said about my braids, all she heard was box braids and did what she wanted. 3. My real hair wasn’t wasn’t tucked into the weave! You can see my natural hair frizzing out of the braids. Overall, I will not be retiring and I do not recommend the lady the shortest one of the three) who braided my hair. The other two were fine.
I went there yesterday and got my hair braided. I must say, I LOVE my hair and will most definitely be going back. Ms Koko was so nice and professional.
Very fast. Not a lot of options with the hair, need more color choices, everyone don't want to look the same. But love their work. My daughter loved her first time getting braids.
Did a good job on my hair loving my braids and the color of my choice well worth my money ???????? now I know where to go for braids that will last that does not take hours of your time three hours top..
My micro braids are very neat! It took them 7 to 9 hours. Which is great for one person. I had conversation with them as well.
Hair braided better than expected. My head doesn't hurt nor is there tension on my scalp. Friendly atmosphere I will be a returning customer ❣
These ladies are very knowledgeable and concerned about your hair. Ms. Coco did my braids she was so friendly an went out of her way to give me the style that I wanted. This is a five star establishment. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!!!!!!!!!
