I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was so nice and had such positive energy, the shop was very well kept. I love My hair it is so neat and I’ve received so many compliments already. I brought some human hair bundles for my boho knotless and had them added and it came out exactly how I envisioned
I have gone to this shop several times and my hair has always come out as expected. Beautiful and Neat. They are very nice ladies in this shop and considerate. Someone that speaks English is always there which helps & the prices are fair. This is the only braid shop I go to and I recommend them. The last style that I got were these tiny box braids. 3-4 people worked on it and it took about 7 hours because I have a lot of hair and again these braids are super small.
I had a terrible experience, I paid so much money just for me not to get my hair styled like I wanted and my middle part wasn’t even lined up correctly. I couldn’t even get my money back cause it wouldn’t get done correctly.
I love my hair it’s very neat. I got there at 9am because when I called someone told me to come at 9am on Saturday well the sign on the door said 8am but no one showed up till about 9:15. Soon as I seen them walk in I came in a few minutes later. 3 ladies started working on my hair immediately. The price I was told over the phone was different than what they told me when I got there so I decided to go a little shorter in length. I got knotless braids with curled ends to the top of my waist. I walked out at 1:03 they started at 9:30! Amazing time and they were professional. I will go back
I’ve been going to this braiding shop for many years actually this is the only African shop I go to I originally got my braids done March 15 the braid was falling out left and right went back had them fix them. Yesterday I went to do a touch up got there at 10:30am at 2 I was still sitting in the chair hair no where near done and all I was getting was a touch up which is 5 rolls when I ask the owner wife could I get another person to assist the lady she had an attitude and said no there was people that was there before me remind you that their was people who just walk in after I had been there with three people on their head which is why I was confused as to why she said people was there before me I paid them for their service left and went to another one nearby to finish from 10-2 all they did to my hair was start the braids off and somebody is suppose to go behind them and finish braiding them down which is the dumbest process ever the service I received yesterday was terrible and I will not be returning theirs no reason customer should be treated unfair when all we are trying to do is support your business. Attitude rudeness and poor customer service is what I received yesterday in total yesterday for a touch up I pay 150.00 when a touch is only $80 but because they couldn’t provide simple service what they get paid to do I had to go to another shop and let them finish and pay them as well. Terrible customer service
Omg I got right in and the young lady did my hair exactly like the picture I showed her and I love it so much. The price was very fair and I will definitely keep returning ♥️
Excellent customer service……. The ladies are extremely nice, fast and professional. This is the only braiding salon I go to and I highly recommend them!!!
I LOOOVE my hair..I got a sew in with the best braid down I've ever had!!! Ive walked in twice without an appointment and was able to be seated in 2 minutes.. DON'T WALK RUN !! NADIA is the best!!.They are professional, fast, neat, clean and very affordable!!!
