Nice people I installed there tv service while they worked.seemed like a great place

This place used to do great work, but I just got my hair done and requested medium single box braids. I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted, including prior work they did on me. Long simple box braids, not the tapered look but the Janet Jackson poetic justice look with feathering only on the tip. The owner who braided the back of my hair did a lazy job. My natural hair was not tucked into the braids and stuck out, she french braided partway to avoid doing the work of the singles that I paid for which caused the entire look to be unbalanced, the girl doing the front of my hair did singles and the hair was fuller on top but too thin going down, the tapered look that i did not want. They did not braid all the way to the end. The back was very thin and spacy, and the top was thick but the sides thin, the look was unbalanced and not proffessional looking at all. I let them know that I was not happy because it looked too thin and unballanced, for the amount I paid and tip, I should have been happy.. When I went home, my hair was unravelling, I used a mirror to look at the back and was angry with the french braiding done. My daughter and I filled the spaces with braided crochet hair, we braided the lossening ends ourselves after combing out the ends due to the knots and tangles of the loose ends. We both used to absolutely love this place, terribly disappointed.

I got small braids 2 weeks ago and they are ALL slipping out. She told me I needed to pay for a touch up. I’ve had braids for several years and never heard of getting a touch up in two weeks. She then offered to do the ones that were slipping but keeps avoiding scheduling a date. I’m beyond upset seeing that I’m getting surgery and I got this done so that I wouldn’t have to do my hair. Now I’m stuck having to take this out and look for another stylist. This was my first time here and i just happen to drive by this place. I should have looked at reviews before. I won’t be coming here again..

Horrible customer service. You don't have to have a cosmetology license to braid hair so they don't have repercussions for there actions. They braid your hair too tight. When I confronted them with a patch of my hair coming out because it was braided too tight they felt no remorse. They also told me it would be two people braiding my hair and it ended up being one. I am not satisfied with the results and will never return.

Owner was nice and friendly. She was prompt. I got out of the shop much sooner than I expected. I would absolutely go back.

They deserve no stars I just left there and my hair started coming down already the boss was cursing at me and threatened me. horrible service horrible customer service DONT GO TO THEM .

Free vacuum I do not have to get out the car and with my hands I just like to go in through the drive-thru and get it done and over with lice place

Horrible experience rushed on my daughter hair sloppy job paid all that money for her hair to last four days her twist were fallin out while walking her real hair that was supposed to be tucked away sticking out DONT GO TO THIS PLACE HORRIBLE JOB AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WASTE OF MY MONEY
