I went to my previous stylist for a sew in that was so horrible I asked her to take it down. She didn’t have time for a re do & unfortunately I didn’t have any other days off to come back. It was 5:00 and I was desperate. I called Diamond who booked me at 6:00. The shop was clean, both ladies were very pleasant & gave me excellent customer service. The style that I requested was expertly executed in a timely manner. I’ve found my new shop.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience. My hair is not what I wanted and she tried to fix it but one person on the right and another on the left and no braider braids the same. My parts and hair are extremely uneven and a few are slipping out. I asked for her to fix them and she said she could redo the first row, but there are no rows because it's uneven. I'm just disappointed and dissatisfied. I wish them all the best but I will not return.
I stumbled onto Diamond braids by accident and had a great first experience. Diamond is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with her services and I will definitely be going back to her to do my hair. Her shop is very clean and I got to meet her parents who are super sweet. I would highly recommend this braids shop for their exceptional services. I left their looking very pretty
The braids I received are slipping out. I called the owner to notify her and she agreed to fix the issue; she then called me back 90 seconds later and pretended as though she was not the owner and fixing my hair was not required due to their policy. Please note, I was never made aware of any policy. The work was sloppy and unprofessional. Additionally, they are a cash only business, which means they are not reporting their income fully and paying taxes. I warn you - please do not go to this shop.
The lady asked my boyfriend to get 4 bottles of mousse when they should've already had it and she did a terrible job on my hair. I was charged an extra 20$ because "my hair was thick". Not to mention my 4 braids were overpriced. She didn't do what I asked and my hair was rushed. She slapped a bunch of gel in my scalp and you could see it. The first time I came it smelled TERRIBLE. I'm never coming here again. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Super nice environment ! The ladies were super sweet and helpful very careful with my hair very fast at responding as well! Offers amazing hair growth oil which works well for my hair . I will be back to book thank you so much
They were unprepared to do my hair. They asked me to get four bottles of mousse even though they should have that stuff already. Then they have the nerve to charge me $20 more than the original price because my hair was thick. Their customer service is so bad. I won’t be coming here again. The only good thing I can say is that my hair is nice.
