Alice or whatever the older lady name is in the back by the tv on the left was very rude unprofessional and got upset because I asked her why she put large braids in the back on my head. She stanched my head and cut the braids out and began speaking very loudly to the other woman in the shop. I got up from the chair and asked her what did I owe for what she had done because I did not have to be treated this way due to her not doing my hair correctly. She insisted I paid the full 270.00 even though she was not even half way done with my hair. She was just grabbing and snatching the comb through my hair saying your hair is too thick. The other lady in the shop stated she did not understand my English and that she would fix it. But at the point of her snatching and pulling my hair I was uncomfortable with letting her finish. I would not recommend her or this shop to anyone. 0 for me
These ladies always take care of me and my daughter here. Our knotless braids are always flawless and they can always get us in even without an appointment. 10/10…I recommend❤️❤️
My name is Lynn and I have been coming here for over 20 years, and have never had a bad experience. I love the work that they do, and they are always friendly when I walk through the door. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a braid shop. They have never disappointed me, and I have had every style you could do with braids. They even do an awesome job with my braids over my locs. When they get done, you can't even tell that I have locs under the braids. I drive 30 minutes just to come to them. I love the work that they do and will not go anywhere else
Went today 3/26/24 for Senegalese twist got in the chair straight up 9am and was walking out the door by noon ! Granted I did have 2 people braiding my hair but very friendly! My twist are all the same size and neat ! I drove 1hr 15mins for this due and will be going back !!!
3 years ago, yes they did good work. The rudeness is at its worst! I’ve been coming here for years. They used to braid, clip, dip, moose your hair all into the style. Now today 12/09/23, it’s not included. Now it’s 20$ extra . The manager, Ma or whatever they call her asked if I wanted straight or curly ends mid hairstyle, I said straight. Two minutes later(literally) I changed to early. She said if I can my mind again , she got to charge me 20 extra dollars.!! Really..,,Definitely my last time here ????????????????
This was one of my favorite braid shop, they have gotten very messy with hair and prices changeall the time. I called yesterday evening for a price on micro braids which I was told $240 with the hair. I went today got my hair done, now I reminded you I never had a problem when they do my hair , oh but this time. Theymessed my head up no one have money to blow now day. My hair is showing so bad I can even wear half up half down . A mess and I won't return.

I am very upset the person(Alisa) that did my so call Kinky Twist hurted my head really bad; I am very displease with my hair. Obviously, she didn't know what she was doing. I will not refer anyone to go there. I waste my money and time. I made a big mistake going there. She tried to pull my ???? out very painful. I told her she was hurting me with her heavy a..s...s hands. I am stuck with this hairstyle. I can't wait to take this mess down in a month.
