I really debated whether to leave a four or a five star because this is my personal preference. They did a phenomenal job on the hair. They supplied the hair and sent me home with some hair fertilizer because I suffered with dry scalp. All this was included in the price. The reason why I give it four stars is because I felt like an outsider. I didn't get that salon vibe that I personally love and I know many others do. They were friendly but during the whole 4 hours there were no conversations between the beauticians and the customers. They talked among themselves and on the phone in their language the whole 4 hours. Now their skills is great but I felt like an outsider and it was kind of uncomfortable for me. My hair is still good and I'm using the hair fertilizer that they recommended. But that is the only thing that I did not like is feeling like I was an outsider. It was like going to somebody's house for them to do your hair, you don't know them, they don't know you, and doing the whole time they don't conversate with you but conversating with each other and on the phone and a total different language that you don't know. That would make a person feel very uncomfortable.

Alana was awesome. She was able to do my hair at the last minute. It was late, but she was able to get it done. She is caring and good at what she does. I love my braids and will be sending others to her.
