This place was packed on a Sunday evening! I can see why, my tacos were yum! Salsa and queso came out individually first and then I got some tortillas that I put butter on. My steak street tacos were delicious.
Was so good had lots of appetizers and the meal was so good and everything is made there as well definitely left super full also my server rodrigo was so very nice to me even when I couldn’t make up my mind if I wanted chicken or beef quesadillas! but he was super nice and even more attentive bathrooms were also clean I can’t say enough good things about this place 10/10 would definitely come again❤️
BONUS: also saw an ornery looking toad outside as I left very cute
EXCELLENT FOOD, clean & comfortable atmosphere and OUTSTANDING customer service. Our waiter Jose’ went above and beyond in making sure we had top notch service. He would check for refills before our glass was even empty. We will definitely be back!
We went here with my aunt from out of town.
Man.. I don't wanna go back.
I understand a lot of issues if the place is super packed.
But it wasn't, and they continuously dropped the ball. They brought 1 thing of tortillas for 12 people, after asking for more multiple times they bring out one more. (two people had fajitas and needed tortillas.)
Messed up on 2 of the orders.
The sweet tea was old.
I ordered a chimichanga. They charged me for the sour cream, yet didn't put it in it. The chimicanga tortilla was soggy.
Honestly, if you want a good experience then just go somewhere else.
Absolutely delicious and way faster than I expected. We had a group of six and it was mere minutes from time of submitting our order with substitutions until it arrived. The wait staff stayed close and monitored our salsa as well as most only monitor drinks.
When we are down this way, we always eat here. We were surprised that they have gone the way of other restaurants by adding copious amounts of imitation cheese sauce and chili sauce on top of the food. The taco was good, but the enchiladas and tamale were smothered beyond recognition. I scraped off most of it.
Food was great. Service was a little bit off he had a hard time understanding us. I think he had limited English. But over all it was pretty good. Except my daughter had to send her dish back 2 times because they got it wrong both times. But great food.
This was the absolute worst food I've ever had. The question was watered down paste. The fresh salsa was salty. The beef nachos were burned. My daughter in laws order the Carne asada without sides, and the beans and rice came any way. The refried beans were canned and runny. I'm so glad I don't live in Shawnee because I'd never go back. If I'd have paid it would have been discounted but my child isn't someone to complain. Very disappointing
