Absolute Charleston cares for its passengers very well. The ride was smooth I was even helped into the house. Being in a wheelchair paralyzed from the waste down sucks but it's people and businesses like this one that make some days better than others. We had an in-depth tour of downtown Charleston led by a guide whose family has deep roots in the area. The many interesting stories helped bring alive the “real” Charleston which has roots deep into the early history of the US.

My family had a positive experience in choosing Absolutely Charleston for our main wedding transportation. They were punctual and worked well with our wedding planner to see that everything went as planned. We used a trolley for transporting the wedding party between the church and the reception venue, and buses for the guests. A big plus was taking photos on the balcony of the trolley.
I would recommend this service to other brides, and also with a note that it's best to book your transportation through your wedding planner to avoid any unnecessary stress!

Absolutely Charleston = Absolute Ripoff. I hired them for my daughters wedding and they did not deliver as promised. It was so bad we had to get one of the employees of the spa where the bride and bridesmaids were getting ready to take them to the church or they would not have made it. We called to work out a resolution and they didn't want to hear it. AVOID THIS BUSINESS for anything important.
