6 months ago I bought a truck from Derek. He rebuilt the truck from the engine. The truck pulls heavy loads of 80k to 100k pounds daily and has never given me any problems. They did a good job on the engine, I recommend their work.
The experience I’ve had with Absolute Diesel is second to none!! I actually purchased a truck that was a project, they’ve did all my work from overhaul to switching my transmission from automatic to 10spd, I’ve never had conflict with anyone there. Do I recommend Absolute Diesel “ HELL YEAH ‼️
These guys are the crooks of the century! If i didn't know any better I would say they were related to Chad at Carolina truck care. They not only stole tools out of my truck but also stole new parts off my truck and replaced with someone else's all painted and junky. ((ran the engine for 2 hrs)) supposedly. When i picked the truck up after 3 months of them lying.. It had no coolant, was almost 2 gallons low on oil. They for some reason had undone my air charge cooler hoses and left them undone. The clocking bolts on my turbo were all loose. They charged me for items that had already been paid for and still did not use what was supplied. The short curly haired leprechaun in the office has a serious attitude issue. He and his lead mechanic are very egotistical. Would not recommend this place unless it was to be put out of business.
Very economical, efficient and professional service! Would recommend over many other local diesel repair companies. Derek’s expertise and experience (and get it done right attitude) is paramount to other local diesel repair shop experiences. Personable and well-rounded; actually honest/upfront...hard to come by these days.
The owner, Derick, is the ONLY honest diesel shop I've ever had any dealings with. Not only is he honest and fair but he truly stands behind his work.
This repair shop was very time efficient for the repair needed and were very knowledgeable in heavy duty, diesel repair work. They were very thorough in their responses to help me figure out the issues my big rig was having to get me up and rolling!!!! Thanks Absolute for what you do, be blessed!
