I do not recommend it. They like the easy and thus be able to get more money. I take my truck for alignment and they overheat the locknut to avoid work. damaging the nut due to overheating and thus losing torque causing future damage and losing the alignment shim. truly, these badly done jobs must be reported because in the future they cause loss of money, more serious damages and even an accident on the road due to this bad job. truck drivers friends we have to be more careful of the mechanical work for which we pay.
Put our work truck in shop for repairs and were more than pleased with our repairs recommend highly....

Great, honest business. The owner Bruce stands behind the quality of workmanship his employees perform and the parts used for repairs. His prices are very competitive and he is honest & straight forward with his repair diagnosis & recommendations. He doesn't attempt to sell you something you don't need, I highly recommend him for your RV chassis needs.
This place has got to be the worst place I've ever taken my truck out of 25 years of driving. Dropped it off Thursday for a 8am appt and as of Monday at 1pm there's still not a conclusive diagnosis of what's wrong with my suspension. The only way I've been able to communicate with them is continually going to their establishment because not once have I been called about ANY issues with my truck. If you want to take a few weeks off for a repair this may be the place for you. If you need your truck to make money it'll be best to go elsewhere.
I absolutely recommend this repair shop for suspension and alignment. They took my truck the same day for a rear bushings job, (every other shop I called was telling me it would be a week before they could get me in). I ended up having to stay at a hotel overnight while the repair was being done. They were nice enough to give me a ride to the hotel free of charge. They took the time to explain to me the issue with my rear bushings and my truck rides much better now. Previous shops had lied to me and took my money for repairs that did not need to be fixed. I live in the Atlanta GA area, but I am willing to travel to this shop in Jacksonville because they treated me very well and most of all, they are very good at what they do. One of the mechanics actually was a truck driver (owner operator) for a very long time and to me, that makes a big difference because he understands that when someone brings their truck in, they want the job done right. Thank you ABS.
We set up an appointment for today, 6 days in advance and then got there first thing in the morning (around 7:30am!) and was turned away because the guy "didn't think" it was something he could do because it is an older trailer and it would take him longer than usual. If you have restraints on equipment you can work on, ask for the information at the time of making the appointment! Instead of turning us away after waiting 6 days! And the guy was rude about it saying he has the right to make that decision, instead of being apologetic or empathic. Instead he had an "oh well" attitude.
