I called to see if they was open. Lady said yes and asked what will I be getting? I told her 2 french braid and she quickly said "no we booked" so I take it because I wasn't going to be spending big money they didn't have time for me. Now if she said it from start that would be more understandable but the fact she asked what I was getting let me know they had an open, and the fact I was getting something as simple 2 braid let me know it was not the fact that they was booked but the fact that I wasn't spending enough to be worth their time. So if you not spending big money don't waste your time. All clients should matter because sometimes we spending big and sometimes we not. I just didn't want to take to much of their time on a day like this. But I'll never go back for 2 braids , knotless, or nothing.
This was my first time at ABH, and my experience was great. Very professional we communicated, Bally was knowledgeable and patient. Because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. And her daughter was very pleasant as well. I was satisfied and happy with my braids. I will be going back again!
Bally did an Awesome job on my micro braids. She has a sweet spirit & the atmosphere was peaceful.
I’ve been to other braid shops and couldn’t wait to go because of what they watched on tv and the negative vibes, but not here. ????

The ladies here are very personable. They make sure their customers are satisfied and they take their time to do things right. I like there atmosphere and they have a great sense of humor. I will be returning to get my hair braided again. Thanks ladies
Bally is the best!!!!! We hit it off immediately she is so passionate about her work and she has mad skills. She is so down to earth and was very professional. I love my braids I have finally found me a real braid shop. Thanks Bally for my care package when I left can't wait for the lamb and rice.
Let me tell you this was the most amazing experience I have had in a long time. My hair looks and feels great and my stylist Bally is wonderful. I highly recommend ABH Braids.
Mrs. Bally always does a good job on my hair she is very professional and take care of her clients. If you are located in the area of Horn Lake MS you will not be disappointed. I drive 2 hours just to get my hair done by Mrs. Bally. Go check her out !!!!! Thanks again she’s the goat ???? when it comes to branding.
If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of the shop is very unprofessional and rude, she told me to be at the shop by 4:30pm and when I made my arrival she didn’t arrive until it was 4:55. Then as I sat in the chair she told me she couldn’t do my hair because it was too long and would get frizzy due to the particular style that i asked for but a few days before I scheduled my appointment she confirmed that she could do it with no problem until the actual day of my appointment. I am very disappointed and do not recommend after my experience. Also the shop was very trashy, I have been to cleaner more presentable braiding shops. 0/10 do not waste your time or money ladies!!

Ma’am, for you to have a business you really should work on your communication skills and attitude if you ever want to get further in life. I was NOT at your shop for no more than 30 minutes and there was not any tissue in the restroom so I only stayed in there for a few seconds, which I told you before I sat in the chair. That’s no way to talk to me or anyone because not once did I disrespect you, I left your shop with class. Please humble yourself, because you did my aunts hair a while back and a week later her braids were starting to come down. I will kindly give my money and services to someone who well deserves it. Lady you are acting like a child. What grown woman sits around and argue with clients just for leaving a bad review? Take the L, & get yourself together so you won’t have to deal with anyone else like me. You’re absolutely right, my aunt didn’t tell me about her experience until after I left your shop and told her about what you did and how you treated me. Everyone is going to see this and think twice about going to you for their services because you are a very disrespectful, lowlife, unprofessional, lying, disgusting woman. Luckily I didn’t waste my money with you when there are other shops who will do and treat me so much better!! I refuse to keep going back and forth God will handle you . Have a good night ma’am.
