This place has went downhill. We ordered our food and when getting home it was not correct and when calling to see if we could talk to someone to fix it was told there was not manager there to fix it. I even left my contact information because paying $36 for the churro bring the only thing correct and them refusing to make it right was just so sad.
As you can see from the photo, nachos without Pico or onions clear has them and its not something you can just pick off. Very disappointed.
The food here is incredibly good. The restaurant was clean and very crowded. The staff is nice. It's hard to understand where to get a straw and cover for your cup. The biggest issue is the sales receipt that they give you has a number on it. That is not the number that they call when your food is ready. This is not just my order but all of my guests also were confused and other patrons as well. Great food though don't skip out on this place.

The last few visits I've made to this place, I was sooooo disappointed. Nothing like the food I was served last year. It's just gross now.

Awesome authentic Mexican food while also offering a few unique menu items. Drive through was fast and the service was A1. Large serving so you won't be left hungry for sure
I've been here the past few times I came to Omaha and I have not once been disappointed. The burritos are excellent but today I had tacos. 1 Carne asada and 1 adobada. The adobada is my new favorite! Very large tacos, you might need a spoon for all he meat that falls out while eating. Their spicy sauce is a very good heat and good flavor too. The service is great as well. The guy that took my order was super friendly and my food came out pretty fast.
2 tacos and a medium horchata was $12. Very reasonable prices as well!
Apparently there are numerous locations in town. 100% recommend for great food.
The customer service is terrible, even though the food is fresh and we have to wait. Being treated with respect and courtesy would be polite . The worker. Young lady with dark hair at the window disregarded my request with smart comments. And this hasn't been the 1st time. She needs better skills in handling request with longs waits .
I’m not one to write reviews but I swear, something things just triggered me. First, let me say, I’m a REGULAR customer, maybe not at this location and will never be again. I went through the drive thru and everything was fine, ordered my meal and paid. The first thing that seemed off was the fact that I got a receipt but with no items of what I paid for on the receipt, just the amount that I was charged so that was the first red flag. The drive thru person didn’t even say hello or have a good night. He was too busy talking to whoever, he just took my card, charged, gave it back, handed me the food, and closed the window even after I said thank you. The second is when I got home, my daughter and I started eating. She got the 5 chicken nuggets with fries. We both had a nugget and we both found a piece of hair in both our nuggets. I found mine before she found her so at first I let it go but when she found hers, I needed to let the restaurant know so I called them. Took someone a while to answer the phone and once someone did, I asked to speak to a manager and he said, “yes, what do you want?” Like what?? That had me feeling a type of way but I shrugged it off. I then proceeded to tell him what had happened and he said “Sorry for that, so what do you want, money or food?” I was appalled by that because it sounded so insincere. He wanted me to come back to the restaurant with the food so they could “examine” the food which is understandable to a certain extent because after I told him that I don’t want to come up to the restaurant again after working all day and driving for several hours, he proceeded to say the same thing, “what do you want, money or food.” I tried to see if they offered any other accommodations like maybe discount next time I come back or store credit but he wouldn’t accommodate anything except what he kept saying. At some point I just said, I don’t want anything, I just wanted him to be aware that if there were multiple hairs in my food, they’re probably in others… he never said sorry again and hung up the phone. As a current manager of a restaurant; I would NEVER let something like this slide. Customer service isn’t anything, it’s EVERYTHING!!
I went end in order my food, as you can see my tocos was half full and cold. Don't let me get to the nachos. They sauce bar look like everything was mixed. ????. Next time, I'll just go through the drive thru like I normally do
The food tend to always be good here but I noticed recently, that you have to ask for sauce. Last week I got all the way home and noticed there was none in my bag which is not a good experience. Last night as she was handing my bag to me I asked for some and she took the bag back and added it for me. If they're no longer going to add it, at least ask me if I want any since this is a change made by you all.
