I don't know what building business means and another situation got corrected due to other dispatchers and drivers. I called Linda tonight around 5:20 pm and she confirmed the driver would pickup after 40 minutes. No yellow or blue cab showed up and I walked from near pickup location off Highway 76 to Sango Walmart due to my phone going dead and informed the dispatcher this would happen. I called the company and a driver Dra was supposed to pick me up and no cab passed me while walking so I could catch the bus on time. Please explain why the driver never got sent because I don't like being lied to.
These guys made a hard day much easier. The dispatcher was kind, fast, and efficient at her job.
Both drivers were courteous, timely and respectful. Will definitely be calling again in my time of need. They accommodated my car seat with my 3 year old and 11 year old without issue, and also offered to help carry our luggage and diaper bag. 10 out of 10 service.
Ms Jackie was very helpful an sweet, all the drivers was very polite, careful, clean cab,always thanked me, safe ride. Very nice experience. Definitely recommend.
I use this company quite often and I gotta say it's been mostly reliable. Never had any issue with any of the drivers, good conversations, friendly.

Way too pricey. These guys aren't ever on time.and to be perfectly honest,getting them to answer the phone can even prove to be a chore from time to time. All in all, I will call someone else the next time I need a ride.
The lady who answers the phone kept hanging up on me. Just horrible. Don’t even try to be. That’s crazy to me
