Driver was a no show for 2 doctors appointments of which my doctor wasn't very happy. The 3rd appointment he was so late I was forced to pay for alternate transportation so as not to be forced to reschedule a 3rd time. Very poor service and absolutely zero communication.
Unreliable company to depend on for transportation. My grandmother had a reservation for a ride to be picked up for a Dr appointment. The driver never showed up. I called the insurance company United Health and told them no one came to her house. The rep said that the trip was paid for and verified. She told me that this is the company the driver came from. Apparently, the drivers of this company con the elderly and disabled by collecting payments, signing other’s signatures, and don’t bother to do the work at all. Horrible company!
This is the worst Transportation Service I’ve experienced. My dad is quadriplegic and they left him at his location for four hours before they return to pick them up. I kept calling, and then driver kept saying they were coming, but they never came. I called Transportation Service and they kept calling and finally sent someone to pick him up. Since then I’ve scheduled more rides through my dad’s insurance and they keep scheduling it with this company. ABB kept saying that the rides aren’t in their system but the insurance company says that they keep picking up the rides for my dad. The problem is they pick up the rides, so no other company can pick up the ride and then they don’t show. I filled a complaint against them through the insurance company so I believe this is retaliation that they are showing against a handicapped person. Since they’re causing my father to miss vital wound care appointments, my next step is to file a complaint against him with the state. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I hope the insurance company stops using them.
Driver was only interested in getting trips. He took me to my doctor's appointment and asked me to call when I was ready for my return trip. I had already made my return a will call. I thought I would call my driver see where he was. He said he could pick me up in 40 minutes. I should have called Motidivcare Transportation. He picked me up at 3:15 for my return trip. He then told me he had to pick up another person. He picked her up then proceeded to drive in a a direction that was 30 minutes in the opposite direction from where I needed to be going. It took an 1 hour before him to start diving for my return trip. It took 2 1/2 hours before I arrived home. It would have have taken 40 minutes to get home if I had called Motidivcare.
Has to be the WORST transportation ever. My driver was 2 hours late for my return trip home. Then he said he had to pick another passenger. I had called modivcare to get another r iui send. And specifically asked them not to send this person again
I am paralyzed ,I had an important Dr's appointment this morning .The driver called me to tell me he would be here to pick me up in 1hr.However ,he called me back and said he will be here in 10 minutes; he called back yelling at me and he said someone else could come to get me. I called Modest Care Transportation and the driver wouldn't answer the phone!!!
Terrible company. One driver, Kevin, assaulted me on my first ride with them. I have filed a police report.
They habitually cancel stating rider no show when they don't text call or show.
Today they canceled my ride while I was talking to the insurance company.

Bad ridding service, don’t answer calls and they came to pick me up late from home so I was late to my appointment! Now I have a will call and they didn’t answer the phone for my will call????????♀️
