I took my 7 year old to see a specialist. I was 30 minutes late because I couldn't find a parking space. I am very thankful we were seen. The xray tech was extremely nice and gentle with my child. The next day I returned for an extraction; I was no more than 11 minutes late and was told to reschedule. I traveled 1 hour; kept my child out of school. I called to speak to an Office Mgr and was informed that they were out to lunch. I left several messages and no one has returned my call. Now I am very upset that I wasted an entire day!
It's been 10 years I've been visiting ABA Pediatric Dental for my kids and it has always been the best place to take your child to get their teeth checked with a great system, great staff, and great customer service. But unfortunately, since the new owner came in with new staff and a new system, everything has become terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they deserve zero starts not even one.
Today I was so disappointed because of what happened in this dental place. I brought my daughter for a checkup they refused to let her in and check on her because she coughed once even though her teeth hurts they told us to reschedule another appointment. I’m really really disappointed!! The nurses staff was good but the doctor….
I don't normally leave reviews, but after today, I just HAD TO. We have been coming here for about 3 years for check ups and everything has always been fine. But today was amazing. I hate everything that has to do with dentists, by the way. Anyways, my son had a loose tooth that he refused to wiggle to loosen it up and he got a nasty little infection. He has a bubble on his gums over his tooth. Nasty. The assistants were very nice and the doctor took out that tooth in less than 10 seconds. My son felt NOTHING. He didn't even know he has been injected by NEEDLES to numb him. Not until I told him after. He felt nothing. He was cheering that the tooth was out and he felt nothing. This was a very good experience! With this kind of treatment my kids will not grow up fearing the dentist like I did.
My experience as a patient, they are my children, I give them a 100 because they are very professional, respectful and affectionate with the children, from the staff who treats you in front of you to the professional assistants and doctors who work there. I love the place, very clean, they treat you with a lot of respect. I recommend them 100%. As a mother, they give me the confidence to put my children in their hands and they give my children love and respect to maintain their peace of mind. I am delighted with their services ❤️
They keep canceling on me because they don’t have the right tools or the doctor is absent. This dentist is a waste of time and they cancel like 5 minutes before your appointment. They don’t care at all, now I have to find another dentist
If I can give this a 0 star rating I would, I had appointment for both of my granddaughter’s today on our way there one of my daughters had gotten sick in the car with in vomit so I didn’t bring her in with us so I explained the other child had gotten sick in the car so they didn’t see the main child who really needed to be seen because the other child vomit in the car so they wanted to schedule them for another appointment in 2 weeks, Like I can be up all night again with the main child in pain, So I left that office got their doctors note and now I’m at the best dentist office that I will recommend everyone to go Abra Dental on ocean Avenue
