I have no clue who marked my voucher redeemed but it would have been nearly impossible to get off of my job in downtown Chicago at 430 catch the public transit to my car 15miles away and make it to home wood for a detail on a Tuesday n the storm before they close. These people are scammers and I’m going to get my money back from Groupon
They say they can do wheel alignment they pretend they can.
Wheel alignment can’t be done here they just say we can fix later but never respond calls. Please avoid. Worst service ever. Wheel alignment costs. 60$ but they charge 150$
please stay away.

Towed away a vehicle from a AAA facility to take advantage of a Groupon deal for a 2 or 4 wheel alignment. They wouldn't honor the Groupon and wanted $150 for a front alignment which is way over average. Why would you get a Groupon for the same value amount in USD? Basically what happened. [Paid $60 for full alignment service but they'd only honor $60 in USD value instead of the complete alignment voucher]. Was able to work out a deal on the spot but I should of just bit the bullet and left it at AAA. I won't return.
They had excellent customer service! I was greeted by everyone when I pulled into their drive up. They clearly explained what would be done to my car during the oil change and offered really good deals for their Black Friday sale. They had great energy and were extremely nice. I would book again.
Don’t send your car here . Especially with your own parts they won’t change the parts. They lie about it just to take your money . They’re money hungry . Don’t do any work just leave your car sitting there and pretend to do the work. Disgusting attitudes . Don’t communicate with you and when you call they either don’t answer or answer with an attitude . You’d be better off getting on YouTube to do it yourself then sending it here said they changed a water pump looked when I got home and it was never changed. They ask for cash so you can’t dispute any charges because they lie about actually doing the work..
Scam auto detailing Groupon. Paid Groupon for the voucher, went to the business, and was told it was going to cost $250 additional dollars. Do not recommend, unless you like being scammed.
TERRIBLE PLACE DONT COME HERE. Had me waiting for an hour for an oil change and still didn’t do it. They are just in there wasting time and have all these cars but no customers. Bought a groupon and he told me it would be an extra $20 charge because that price doesnt count. Then said he could fo it for $10 more instead. Sound like crooks to me
Please believe the majority of negative reviews and beware! I'm SO disappointed and disgusted over how this Black-owned shop chooses to NOT conduct honest business. I called their no. to inquire about a full synthetic oil change for my Audi Q5. No answer & I didn't leave VM. Some guy named "Lawrence" (he's not onsite) calls back saying he missed my call. Caller ID states "MS Forensic" (hmmm...) He tells me they are running a Xmas special price of $60. I tell him I'm on the way. When I get there, the guy tells me $100. (Oh HELL naw!) I tell him what Lawrence quoted and he tells me to wait 5 mins. I look through the window and no outbound call... this guy is putting stamps on envelopes! I wait a few mins more and tap on the glass... he says he can meet me part way for $80. I tell him that is unacceptable and he says I can call Lawrence if I like. I tell him that HE should call Lawrence since that's THEIR representative that quoted the $60 price. He refuses and says he doesn't have time to go back and forth and $80 is his price. I tell him open the bay door and I'm out! In the car, I DO call Lawrence and now he doesn't even answer with no VM available this time. What a coward this guy is and what a sham this place is! DO NOT GO HERE or you'll be sorry!! Pshhhhh...
