AAA used to be a great company and treated customers with respect. Now that they have been bought out, they have raised the cost of units and added so many other fees that it is ridiculous. When you talk to a customer service person, they can not even help you because they do not know anything. I can not wait till I can remove my stuff and find another storage company.
Name change.…..they are now called Mini Mall Storage. I will give a more informed update when I have the info. Friendly and professional service. They also offer packing supplies, and shipping service for mailing larger boxes. They also have other services I don't have listed. It also appears they have new hours from 8:30-5:30.
Since AAA was bought out a couple of months ago, their prices have gone up and customer service has declined.

We have stored our stuff there for about 10 years I would guess. Our rates have almost doubled. According to the letter they sent out, it was due to the increased security cameras and lighting that were added. This would make since or wouldn't be an issue if I could see the results, but we are in the original section and it has had not one single upgrade. We will be finding another location soon.
Great location and close to Ft. Rucker. Offers Fedex, USPS, and DHL shipping. Offers notary services, printing services, storage and parking!
Only had my items stored here for 4 months and my rates have already gone up. Sure, it’s in the contract you sign that rates might go up but completely dissatisfied it’s happened this soon. I can only imagine how often they will bump my rates up. I will be looking for a different company to do business with.
