Yall please please please DO NOT buy a car from there they are horrible they have no customer service skills I brought a 2003 Ford from them and I dint have the car for a whole day it stopped in the middle of the street on the hwy I have a new born baby what if she was in the vehicle I'm still waiting on then they telling me they waiting on a part honestly I don't even think they have a part coming lord they don't even get a star the only way I could comment
They tell you one thing and then do another I explained I could make certain amount of payments and haven't missed a payment and then I go into make another payment and they try to repo my car!! Don't believe them when they say oh it's ok because trust me it's not!! They try telling me my 2nd payment was 14 days late how the hell is it 14 days late when my payment is due every 2 weeks!! This place is a joke if I would not have paid so much down I would give this car back in a heart beat!!
The only reason aaa good times got a star at all is thats the only way to leave a review

had my ford flex less than 24 HR and headlights shut off on me heading home from work. I took it to their business it took a week for them to fix it and if I didnt call everyday and deal with the additude the lady previous reviews I would have never gotten it back. Since then ive drove in 15 mipes to work and home for a week.since then ive had to rent 2 cars and my car just got out of shop yesterday majlr engine leak and the entire front ens was so bad the grace of God is the only reason it didnt fall out. Theae people will mend and patch what ever they can and drag out repairs and such for very long periods of time. Now as a single mother I have no way to get to my job to help save lives. Aaa good times you are a disgrace to southeast texas
The owners should be in prison for all the years of scamming. This place has to change the name and location every year because they always had a bad reputation. They prey on desperate low income people who are needing a car but don't have credit. The down-payment will literally be more than the car is worth. I bought a car from them years ago when they had a lot on memorial Blvd in Port Arthur. I noticed they had the car running already when I got there as if they were scared to cut it off. I soon found out why. The battery was bad and the ignition was broke so they had a button wired to the starter relay to be able to start it.
Worst car dealership I've ever seen. Bought a truck that was messed up. Driveshaft gone, radiator rusted, water pump out, bad transmission among other things. Haven't had the truck a month and I got all these problems. First time buying a car through a dealership is the last time. These people are crooks. Wouldn't have given them any stars but could give review without a star. Don't buy a car from this place.
Worst service ever. And talk about a lemon, only thing I wasn't promised is Vaseline. Probably wouldn't have provided that either. Top it off dude had some ghetto chic call me demanding more money from me ' oh we'll see' not even 2 weeks later. Now I'm screwed. Thanks good times. Won't even pass inspection. Nice. They obviously scan cleared half the codes. Engen knocking, day after I leave the lot. Don't go here.
Brought a car from this company recently and after getting insurance on it and sending pics of the proof of insurance to them . They repo the car aw week later my insurance company was PO.d ..
And I'm doing so they took personal property including but not limited to baby clothes I will not recommend this company to a junk dealer ... I will be sharing my onion of this company
Bought a 2000' Lincoln town car limo in January and had a good experience with sales and it running good , drove 4 hours home and had no problems,really satisfied with purchase.
