I dealt with all of the staff and most of the skilled people and have to say they were all incredible. Polite, knowledgeable and man, talented!
I was referred to them after my '79 Ford F150 was attempted to be done at another place in Shawnee where the service, paint and talent was all but there!
They kept me informed of all the happenings, when things would be moving forward or what place I was in, in the line of things being done at the shop.
When they said they would do something the did it and did it well. In most cases, they went above what they said they were going to do. If there was an issue or something came up (old restores always have surprises) they let me know immediately and provided me with options. Not just the issue.
Again, I strongly recommend these guys!
I read, in a previous review, a person said they are a liars (they spelt it lair) . I read the review several times and to me, based on the tone and manner, it was or is a bitter person. I would throw that review out for all of you reading these!
If you want to see photos, I am positive Hershel would show you images of the '79 restore they did.
AAA did an awesome job on my bumper it truely looks better then factory . I cant say enough about how professional these guys are. Excellent customer service. They will always have my buisness. If you take your car anywhere else you are missing out.
I have known the owner for several years , not only a dear friend but has always produced top quality hot rods built from the frame up, when it was a hobby. Now it's a business and he takes the same pride in every car that comes in the shop for paint and body, accessories, insurance claims, and even hot rods. I have had my personal truck in the shop for a small mishap and the only person I fully TRUST and honest is AAA Collision in Shawnee, OK
It is rare to find a family business anymore. I was refered to AAA Collision Specialist by a previous customer. I took them a rather small repair, however I was amazed at the quality and detail of the results. The owners have created a very friendly environment, making customer service and quality of repair a priority. The staff is very talented, and I can't wait to take my next project to them.
We used this shop for our chevy that was hit & the front end was crushed in. Not only did they have the car back to us in a few days but they also helped with the rental, paperwork for insurance, & they talked to the adjuster for us as well. I would highly recommend them for anything! We will never use another body shop in Shawnee.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Did an amazing job with hail damage on my vehicle. They helped with paperwork and dealing with the insurance company. Would recommend AAA to anyone!
Awesome. Had some one door ding our suv at hobby lobby bad!!! And didnt stay around to tell us. So I call Hershel and say can you fix this. He says yes sir gives me a estimate and I take it in. Calls me 2 days later and says no need to paint it your done. Looks fantastic and under estimate. Recommend to anyone.
What can I say outstanding work, honest, reputable firm with great employees that really care about their customers and the work they do. I have recommended them t o others and will continue to do so, I am an extremely happy customer and so is my JEEP its like new!!
